Judges 19:16
അനന്തരം ഇതാ, ഒരു വൃദ്ധൻ വൈകുന്നേരം വേലകഴിഞ്ഞിട്ടു വയലിൽനിന്നു വരുന്നു; അവൻ എഫ്രയീംമലനാട്ടുകാരനും ഗിബെയയിൽ വന്നു പാർക്കുന്നവനും ആയിരുന്നു; ആ ദേശക്കാരോ ബെന്യാമീന്യർ ആയിരുന്നു.

| an old | זָקֵ֗ן | zāqēn | za-KANE |
| man | בָּ֣א | bāʾ | ba |
| from | מִֽן | min | meen |
| work his | מַעֲשֵׂ֤הוּ | maʿăśēhû | ma-uh-SAY-hoo |
| out of | מִן | min | meen |
| the field | הַשָּׂדֶה֙ | haśśādeh | ha-sa-DEH |
| at even, | בָּעֶ֔רֶב | bāʿereb | ba-EH-rev |
| also was which | וְהָאִישׁ֙ | wĕhāʾîš | veh-ha-EESH |
| of mount | מֵהַ֣ר | mēhar | may-HAHR |
| Ephraim; | אֶפְרַ֔יִם | ʾeprayim | ef-RA-yeem |
| and he | וְהוּא | wĕhûʾ | veh-HOO |
| sojourned | גָ֖ר | gār | ɡahr |
| Gibeah: in | בַּגִּבְעָ֑ה | baggibʿâ | ba-ɡeev-AH |
| but the men | וְאַנְשֵׁ֥י | wĕʾanšê | veh-an-SHAY |
| of the place | הַמָּק֖וֹם | hammāqôm | ha-ma-KOME |
| were Benjamites. | בְּנֵ֥י | bĕnê | beh-NAY |
| יְמִינִֽי׃ | yĕmînî | yeh-mee-NEE |
