John 14
1 നിങ്ങളുടെ ഹൃദയം കലങ്ങിപ്പോകരുതു; ദൈവത്തിൽ വിശ്വസിപ്പിൻ, എന്നിലും വിശ്വസിപ്പിൻ.
2 എന്റെ പിതാവിന്റെ ഭവനത്തിൽ അനേകം വാസസ്ഥലങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടു; ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുമായിരുന്നു. ഞാൻ നിങ്ങൾക്കു സ്ഥലം ഒരുക്കുവാൻ പോകുന്നു.
3 ഞാൻ പോയി നിങ്ങൾക്കു സ്ഥലം ഒരുക്കിയാൽ, ഞാൻ ഇരിക്കുന്ന ഇടത്തു നിങ്ങളും ഇരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു പിന്നെയും വന്നു നിങ്ങളെ എന്റെ അടുക്കൽ ചേർത്തുകൊള്ളും
4 ഞാൻ പോകുന്ന ഇടത്തേക്കുള്ള വഴി നിങ്ങൾ അറിയുന്നു.
5 തോമാസ് അവനോടു: കർത്താവേ, നീ എവിടെ പോകുന്നു എന്നു ഞങ്ങൾ അറിയുന്നില്ല; പിന്നെ വഴി എങ്ങനെ അറിയും എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു. യേശു അവനോടു:

10 ഞാൻ പിതാവിലും പിതാവു എന്നിലും ആകുന്നു എന്നു നീ വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നില്ലയോ? ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്ന വചനം സ്വയമായിട്ടല്ല സംസാരിക്കുന്നതു; പിതാവു എന്നിൽ വസിച്ചുകൊണ്ടു തന്റെ പ്രവൃത്തി ചെയ്യുന്നു.
11 ഞാൻ പിതാവിലും പിതാവു എന്നിലും എന്നു എന്നെ വിശ്വസിപ്പിൻ; അല്ലെങ്കിൽ പ്രവൃത്തി നിമിത്തം എന്നെ വിശ്വസിപ്പിൻ.
12 ആമേൻ, ആമേൻ, ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നു; ഞാൻ ചെയ്യുന്ന പ്രവൃത്തി എന്നിൽ വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നവനും ചെയ്യും; ഞാൻ പിതാവിന്റെ അടുക്കൽ പോകുന്നതുകൊണ്ടു അതിൽ വലിയതും അവൻ ചെയ്യും.
13 നിങ്ങൾ എന്റെ നാമത്തിൽ അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നതു ഒക്കെയും പിതാവു പുത്രനിൽ മഹത്വപ്പെടേണ്ടതിന്നു ഞാൻ ചെയ്തുതരും.
14 നിങ്ങൾ എന്റെ നാമത്തിൽ എന്നോടു അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നതു ഒക്കെയും ഞാൻ ചെയ്തുതരും.
15 നിങ്ങൾ എന്നെ സ്നേഹിക്കുന്നു എങ്കിൽ എന്റെ കല്പനകളെ കാത്തുകൊള്ളും.
16 എന്നാൽ ഞാൻ പിതാവിനോടു ചോദിക്കും; അവൻ സത്യത്തിന്റെ ആത്മാവു എന്ന മറ്റൊരു കാര്യസ്ഥനെ എന്നേക്കും നിങ്ങളോടു കൂടെ ഇരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു നിങ്ങൾക്കു തരും.
17 ലോകം അവനെ കാണുകയോ അറികയോ ചെയ്യായ്കയാൽ അതിന്നു അവനെ ലഭിപ്പാൻ കഴികയില്ല; നിങ്ങളോ അവൻ നിങ്ങളോടു കൂടെ വസിക്കയും നിങ്ങളിൽ ഇരിക്കയും ചെയ്യുന്നതുകൊണ്ടു അവനെ അറിയുന്നു.
18 ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളെ അനാഥരായി വിടുകയില്ല; ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളുടെ അടുക്കൽ വരും.
19 കുറഞ്ഞോന്നു കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ ലോകം എന്നെ കാണുകയില്ല; നിങ്ങളോ എന്നെ കാണും; ഞാൻ ജീവിക്കുന്നതുകൊണ്ടു നിങ്ങളും ജീവിക്കും.
20 ഞാൻ എന്റെ പിതാവിലും നിങ്ങൾ എന്നിലും ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളിലും എന്നു നിങ്ങൾ അന്നു അറിയും.
21 എന്റെ കല്പനകൾ ലഭിച്ചു പ്രമാണിക്കുന്നവൻ എന്നെ സ്നേഹിക്കുന്നവൻ ആകുന്നു; എന്നെ സ്നേഹിക്കുന്നവനെ എന്റെ പിതാവു സ്നേഹിക്കുന്നു; ഞാനും അവനെ സ്നേഹിച്ചു അവന്നു എന്നെത്തന്നേ വെളിപ്പെടുത്തും.
22 ഈസ്കര്യോത്താവല്ലാത്ത യൂദാ അവനോടു: കർത്താവേ, എന്തു സംഭവിച്ചിട്ടാകുന്നു നീ ലോകത്തിന്നല്ല ഞങ്ങൾക്കത്രേ നിന്നെ വെളിപ്പെടുത്തുവാൻ പോകുന്നതു എന്നു ചോദിച്ചു.
23 യേശു അവനോടു എന്നെ സ്നേഹിക്കുന്നവൻ എന്റെ വചനം പ്രമാണിക്കും; എന്റെ പിതാവു അവനെ സ്നേഹിക്കും; ഞങ്ങൾ അവന്റെ അടുക്കൽ വന്നു അവനോടുകൂടെ വാസം ചെയ്യും.
24 എന്നെ സ്നേഹിക്കാത്തവൻ എന്റെ വചനം പ്രമാണിക്കുന്നില്ല; നിങ്ങൾ കേൾക്കുന്ന വചനം എന്റേതല്ല എന്നെ അയച്ച പിതാവിന്റെതത്രേ എന്നു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞു.
25 ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളോടുകൂടെ വസിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഇതു നിങ്ങളോടു സംസാരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.
26 എങ്കിലും പിതാവു എന്റെ നാമത്തിൽ അയപ്പാനുള്ള പരിശുദ്ധാത്മാവു എന്ന കാര്യസ്ഥൻ നിങ്ങൾക്കു സകലവും ഉപദേശിച്ചുതരികയും ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളോടു പറഞ്ഞതു ഒക്കെയും നിങ്ങളെ ഓർമ്മപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്യും.
27 സമാധാനം ഞാൻ നിങ്ങൾക്കു തന്നേച്ചുപോകുന്നു; എന്റെ സമാധാനം ഞാൻ നിങ്ങൾക്കു തരുന്നു; ലോകം തരുന്നതുപോലെ അല്ല ഞാൻ നിങ്ങൾക്കു തരുന്നതു. നിങ്ങളുടെ ഹൃദയം കലങ്ങരുതു, ഭ്രമിക്കയും അരുതു.
28 ഞാൻ പോകയും നിങ്ങളുടെ അടുക്കൽ മടങ്ങിവരികയും ചെയ്യും എന്നു ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളോടു പറഞ്ഞതു കേട്ടുവല്ലോ; നിങ്ങൾ എന്നെ സ്നേഹിക്കുന്നു എങ്കിൽ ഞാൻ പിതാവിന്റെ അടുക്കൽ പോകുന്നതിനാൽ നിങ്ങൾ സന്തോഷിക്കുമായിരുന്നു; പിതാവു എന്നെക്കാൾ വലിയവനല്ലോ.
29 അതു സംഭവിക്കുമ്പോൾ നിങ്ങൾ വിശ്വസിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു ഞാൻ ഇപ്പോൾ അതു സംഭവിക്കുംമുമ്പെ നിങ്ങളോടു പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു.
30 ഞാൻ ഇനി നിങ്ങളോടു വളരെ സംസാരിക്കയില്ല; ലോകത്തിന്റെ പ്രഭു വരുന്നു; അവന്നു എന്നോടു ഒരു കാര്യവുമില്ല.
31 എങ്കിലും ഞാൻ പിതാവിനെ സ്നേഹിക്കുന്നു എന്നും പിതാവു എന്നോടു കല്പിച്ചതുപോലെ ഞാൻ ചെയ്യുന്നു എന്നും ലോകം അറിയട്ടെ. എഴുന്നേല്പിൻ; നാം പോക.
1 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.
2 In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
4 And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know.
5 Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way?
6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
7 If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.
8 Philip saith unto him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us.
9 Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?
10 Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.
11 Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works’ sake.
12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.
13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.
15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.
16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;
17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.
18 I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.
19 Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also.
20 At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you.
21 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.
22 Judas saith unto him, not Iscariot, Lord, how is it that thou wilt manifest thyself unto us, and not unto the world?
23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.
24 He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father’s which sent me.
25 These things have I spoken unto you, being yet present with you.
26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
28 Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come again unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I.
29 And now I have told you before it come to pass, that, when it is come to pass, ye might believe.
30 Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me.
31 But that the world may know that I love the Father; and as the Father gave me commandment, even so I do. Arise, let us go hence.
Genesis 10 in Tamil and English
1 नूहका छोराहरु शेम, हाम र येपेत थिए र यिनीहरुको पारिवारिक इतिहास यही हो। नूहको छोराहरुका धेरै सन्तानहरु भए।येपेतका सन्तानहरु
Now these are the generations of the sons of Noah, Shem, Ham, and Japheth: and unto them were sons born after the flood.
2 येपेतका छोराहरु थिए गोमेर, मागोग, मादे, यावान, तूबल, मेशेक र तीरास।
The sons of Japheth; Gomer, and Magog, and Madai, and Javan, and Tubal, and Meshech, and Tiras.
3 गोमेरका छोराहरु थिए अशकनज, रीपत र तोगर्मा
And the sons of Gomer; Ashkenaz, and Riphath, and Togarmah.
4 याबानका छोराहरु थिए-एलीशा, तर्शोश, कित्तीम र दोदानीम।
And the sons of Javan; Elishah, and Tarshish, Kittim, and Dodanim.
5 तिनीहरुबाटै समुद्रतट वासीहरु फिंजिए। तिनीहरुको देशभित्र आफ्नो भाषा र जाति अनुसार फिंजिए। यी सबै येपेतका छोराहरु थिए।हामका सन्तानहरु
By these were the isles of the Gentiles divided in their lands; every one after his tongue, after their families, in their nations.
6 हामका छोराहरु थिए कूश, मिश्र, पूत र कनान।
And the sons of Ham; Cush, and Mizraim, and Phut, and Canaan.
7 कूशका छोहरु थिए-सबा, हवीला, सबता, रामा र सबतका। रामाका छोराहरु थिए-शबा र ददान।
And the sons of Cush; Seba, and Havilah, and Sabtah, and Raamah, and Sabtecha: and the sons of Raamah; Sheba, and Dedan.
8 निम्रोद कूशको छोरा थियो। निम्रोद ज्यादै शक्तिशाली योद्धा बनिने पहिले मानिस थिए।
And Cush begat Nimrod: he began to be a mighty one in the earth.
9 परमप्रभुको महान योद्धा शिकारीहरु मध्ये एकजना थिए। त्यसकारण मानिसहरु निम्रोदसित तुलना गर्छन् अनि भन्दछन्, “यो मानिस परमप्रभुको दृष्टिमा निम्रोद जस्तै राम्रो शिकारी हो।”
He was a mighty hunter before the Lord: wherefore it is said, Even as Nimrod the mighty hunter before the Lord.
10 शुरूमा तिनको राज्य शिनारको बाबेल, एरेक, अक्कद र कल्ने थियो।
And the beginning of his kingdom was Babel, and Erech, and Accad, and Calneh, in the land of Shinar.
11 यहाँबाट तिनी अश्शूर गए अनि नीनवे, रहोबोतीर र कालह शहरहरु बनाए।
Out of that land went forth Asshur, and builded Nineveh, and the city Rehoboth, and Calah,
12 कालह र नीनवे माझ तिनले शहर रेसेन बनाए। ती शहरहरु मध्ये कालह सबै भन्दा ठूलो थियो।
And Resen between Nineveh and Calah: the same is a great city.
13 मिश्र, लूद, अनाम, लहाब, नप्तूह,
And Mizraim begat Ludim, and Anamim, and Lehabim, and Naphtuhim,
14 पत्रुस, कसलू अनि कपतोर मानिसहरुका पिता थिए। (पलिश्ती मानिसहरु कसलूका सन्तान थिए।)
And Pathrusim, and Casluhim, (out of whom came Philistim,) and Caphtorim.
15 कनान सीदोनका पिता थिए र त्यो नै कनानका जेठो छोरो थियो। कनान हेत मानिसहरूका पिता थिए।
And Canaan begat Sidon his firstborn, and Heth,
16 कनानबाट हित्ती, यबूसी, एमोरी, गिर्गाशी,
And the Jebusite, and the Amorite, and the Girgasite,
17 हिब्बा, अर्कोत र सिनीत मानिसहरु,
And the Hivite, and the Arkite, and the Sinite,
18 अर्वादी, समारी र हमाती मानिसहरु उत्पन्न भए। यसरी कनानका सन्तानहरु संसारका जताततै फिंजिए।
And the Arvadite, and the Zemarite, and the Hamathite: and afterward were the families of the Canaanites spread abroad.
19 कनानी मानिसहरुको भूमिको सिमाना उत्तरमा सीदोनदेखि दक्षिणमा गरारसम्म, पश्चिममा गाजादेखि सदोमसम्म र पूर्वमा गमोरा, अदाम र सबोयीमदेखि लाशासम्म थियो।
And the border of the Canaanites was from Sidon, as thou comest to Gerar, unto Gaza; as thou goest, unto Sodom, and Gomorrah, and Admah, and Zeboim, even unto Lasha.
20 ती सब मानिसहरु हामका सन्तान थिए र ती सबै मानिसहरुको आफ्नो-आफ्नो भाषा र आफ्नै भूमि थियो र तिनीहरुको एउटा अलगै राज्य थियो।
These are the sons of Ham, after their families, after their tongues, in their countries, and in their nations.
21 शेम येपेतका जेठा दाज्यू थिए। शेमका सन्तानहरुमा एक जना एबेर सबै हिब्रु मानिसहरुका पिता थिए।
Unto Shem also, the father of all the children of Eber, the brother of Japheth the elder, even to him were children born.
22 शेमका छोराहरु एलाम, अश्शूर, अर्पक्षद, लूद अराम थिए।
The children of Shem; Elam, and Asshur, and Arphaxad, and Lud, and Aram.
23 अरामका छोराहरु ऊज, हुल, गेतेर अनि मश थिए।
And the children of Aram; Uz, and Hul, and Gether, and Mash.
24 अर्पक्षद शेलहका पिता थिए, शेलह एबेरका पिता थिए थिए,
And Arphaxad begat Salah; and Salah begat Eber.
25 एबेर दुइजना छोराहरूका पिता थिए जसमा एकजनाको नाउँ पेलेग थियो। उसलाई पेलेग नाउँ राखिएको कारण उसकै जीवनकालमा पृथ्वी विभक्त भएको थियो। अर्को छोरोको नाउँ योक्तान थियो।
And unto Eber were born two sons: the name of one was Peleg; for in his days was the earth divided; and his brother’s name was Joktan.
26 योक्तान अल्मोदाद, शेलेप, हसर्मवित र येरह,
And Joktan begat Almodad, and Sheleph, and Hazarmaveth, and Jerah,
27 हदोराम, ऊजाल, दिक्ला,
And Hadoram, and Uzal, and Diklah,
28 ओबाल, अबमाएल, शबा,
And Obal, and Abimael, and Sheba,
29 ओपीर, हवीला अनि योबाबको पिता थिए। यी सबै मानिसहरु योक्तानका छोराहरू थिए।
And Ophir, and Havilah, and Jobab: all these were the sons of Joktan.
30 ती सबै मानिसहरू मेशा र पूर्वमा पहाडी भूमि इलाकामा बसो बास गर्थे। मेशा सापारा भूमितिर पर्थ्यो।
And their dwelling was from Mesha, as thou goest unto Sephar a mount of the east.
31 ती मानिसहरु शेमको परिवारका थिए। तिनीहरु आफ्नो वंश, परिवार, भाषा, भूमि र राष्टमा गठित थिए।
These are the sons of Shem, after their families, after their tongues, in their lands, after their nations.
32 नूहका सन्तानको वंश अनुसार तिनीहरुका जातिहरु यी नै थिए। यिनीहरु आफ्ना आफ्ना राष्ट्रमा गठित थिए अनि जल-प्रलय पछि तिनीहरूबाट नै पृथ्वीमा सबै मानिसहरु फिंजिएका थिए।
These are the families of the sons of Noah, after their generations, in their nations: and by these were the nations divided in the earth after the flood.
