Jeremiah 17:16
ഞാനോ ഇടയനായി നിന്നെ സേവിപ്പാൻ മടിച്ചില്ല; ദുർദ്ദിനം ഞാൻ ആഗ്രഹിച്ചതുമില്ല എന്നു നീ അറിയുന്നു; എന്റെ അധരങ്ങൾ ഉച്ചരിച്ചതു തിരുമുമ്പിൽ ഇരിക്കുന്നു.

| the woeful | לֹ֥א | lōʾ | loh |
| day; | הִתְאַוֵּ֖יתִי | hitʾawwêtî | heet-ah-WAY-tee |
| thou | אַתָּ֣ה | ʾattâ | ah-TA |
| knowest: | יָדָ֑עְתָּ | yādāʿĕttā | ya-DA-eh-ta |
| out came which that | מוֹצָ֣א | môṣāʾ | moh-TSA |
| of | שְׂפָתַ֔י | śĕpātay | seh-fa-TAI |
| my lips | נֹ֥כַח | nōkaḥ | NOH-hahk |
| was | פָּנֶ֖יךָ | pānêkā | pa-NAY-ha |
