Exodus 8:24
യഹോവ അങ്ങനെ തന്നേ ചെയ്തു: അനവധി നായീച്ച ഫറവോന്റെ അരമനയിലും അവന്റെ ഭൃത്യന്മാരുടെ വീടുകളിലും മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തു എല്ലാടവും വന്നു; നായീച്ചയാൽ ദേശം നശിച്ചു.

| servants' his into and | וּבֵ֣ית | ûbêt | oo-VATE |
| houses, | עֲבָדָ֑יו | ʿăbādāyw | uh-va-DAV |
| all into and | וּבְכָל | ûbĕkāl | oo-veh-HAHL |
| the land | אֶ֧רֶץ | ʾereṣ | EH-rets |
| of Egypt: | מִצְרַ֛יִם | miṣrayim | meets-RA-yeem |
| land the | תִּשָּׁחֵ֥ת | tiššāḥēt | tee-sha-HATE |
| was corrupted | הָאָ֖רֶץ | hāʾāreṣ | ha-AH-rets |
