Exodus 7:16
അവനോടു പറയേണ്ടതു എന്തെന്നാൽ: മരുഭൂമിയിൽ എന്നെ ആരാധിപ്പാൻ എന്റെ ജനത്തെ വിട്ടയക്ക എന്നു കല്പിച്ചു എബ്രായരുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ എന്നെ നിന്റെ അടുക്കൽ അയച്ചു; നീയോ ഇതുവരെ കേട്ടില്ല.

| thee, saying, | לֵאמֹ֔ר | lēʾmōr | lay-MORE |
Let | שַׁלַּח֙ | šallaḥ | sha-LAHK |
| my people | אֶת | ʾet | et |
| go, | עַמִּ֔י | ʿammî | ah-MEE |
| serve may they that | וְיַֽעַבְדֻ֖נִי | wĕyaʿabdunî | veh-ya-av-DOO-nee |
| wilderness: the in me | בַּמִּדְבָּ֑ר | bammidbār | ba-meed-BAHR |
| and, behold, | וְהִנֵּ֥ה | wĕhinnē | veh-hee-NAY |
