കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ടവന്നു അടുത്ത പട്ടണത്തിലെ മൂപ്പന്മാർ എല്ലാവരും താഴ്വരയിൽവെച്ചു കഴുത്തൊടിച്ച പശുക്കിടാവിന്മേൽ തങ്ങളുടെ കൈ കഴുകി:
