מֵֽעֲרֹעֵ֡ר Aroer, may-uh-roh-ARE אֲשֶׁר֩ which uh-SHER עַל is al שְׂפַת by seh-FAHT נַ֨חַל the NA-hahl אַרְנֹ֜ן brink ar-NONE וְהָעִ֨יר of veh-ha-EER אֲשֶׁ֤ר the uh-SHER בַּנַּ֙חַל֙ river ba-NA-HAHL וְעַד of veh-AD הַגִּלְעָ֔ד Arnon, ha-ɡeel-AD לֹ֤א and loh הָֽיְתָה֙ from ha-yeh-TA קִרְיָ֔ה the keer-YA אֲשֶׁ֥ר city uh-SHER שָֽׂגְבָ֖ה that sa-ɡeh-VA מִמֶּ֑נּוּ is mee-MEH-noo אֶת by et הַכֹּ֕ל the ha-KOLE נָתַ֛ן river, na-TAHN יְהוָ֥ה even yeh-VA אֱלֹהֵ֖ינוּ unto ay-loh-HAY-noo לְפָנֵֽינוּ׃ Gilead, leh-fa-NAY-noo -
רַ֛ק unto rahk אֶל the el אֶ֥רֶץ land EH-rets בְּנֵֽי of beh-NAY עַמּ֖וֹן the AH-mone לֹ֣א children loh קָרָ֑בְתָּ of ka-RA-veh-ta כָּל Ammon kahl יַ֞ד thou yahd נַ֤חַל camest NA-hahl יַבֹּק֙ not, ya-BOKE וְעָרֵ֣י nor veh-ah-RAY הָהָ֔ר unto ha-HAHR וְכֹ֥ל any veh-HOLE אֲשֶׁר place uh-SHER צִוָּ֖ה of tsee-WA יְהוָ֥ה the yeh-VA אֱלֹהֵֽינוּ׃ river ay-loh-HAY-noo
