2 Samuel 19:43
യിസ്രായേൽപുരുഷന്മാർ യെഹൂദാപുരുഷന്മാരോടു: രാജാവിങ്കൽ ഞങ്ങൾക്കു പത്തു ഓഹരി ഉണ്ടു; ദാവീദിങ്കൽ ഞങ്ങൾക്കു നിങ്ങളെക്കാൾ അധികം അവകാശവും ഉണ്ടു; നിങ്ങൾ ഞങ്ങളെ ധിക്കരിച്ചതു എന്തു? ഞങ്ങളുടെ രാജാവിനെ തിരികെ കൊണ്ടുവരേണ്ടതിന്നു ഞങ്ങളല്ലയോ അദ്യം പറഞ്ഞതു എന്നു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞു. എന്നാൽ യെഹൂദാപുരുഷന്മാരുടെ വാക്കു യിസ്രായേൽ പുരുഷന്മാരുടെ വാക്കിനെക്കാൾ അധികം കഠിനമായിരുന്നു.
