2 Kings 3:23
അതു രക്തമാകുന്നു; ആ രാജാക്കന്മാർ തമ്മിൽ പൊരുതു അന്യോന്യം സംഹരിച്ചുകളഞ്ഞു; ആകയാൽ മോവാബ്യരേ, കൊള്ളെക്കു വരുവിൻ എന്നു അവർ പറഞ്ഞു.

| This | דָּ֣ם | dām | dahm |
| is blood: | זֶ֔ה | ze | zeh |
| kings the | הָֽחֳרֵ֤ב | hāḥŏrēb | ha-hoh-RAVE |
| are surely | נֶֽחֶרְבוּ֙ | neḥerbû | neh-her-VOO |
| slain, | הַמְּלָכִ֔ים | hammĕlākîm | ha-meh-la-HEEM |
| smitten have they and | וַיַּכּ֖וּ | wayyakkû | va-YA-koo |
| אִ֣ישׁ | ʾîš | eesh | |
| one | אֶת | ʾet | et |
| another: | רֵעֵ֑הוּ | rēʿēhû | ray-A-hoo |
| now | וְעַתָּ֥ה | wĕʿattâ | veh-ah-TA |
| therefore, Moab, | לַשָּׁלָ֖ל | laššālāl | la-sha-LAHL |
| to the spoil. | מוֹאָֽב׃ | môʾāb | moh-AV |
