2 Chronicles 6:37
അവരെ പിടിച്ചു കൊണ്ടുപോയിരിക്കുന്ന ദേശത്തുവെച്ചു അവർ തങ്ങളുടെ ഹൃദയത്തിൽ ഉണർന്നു പ്രവാസദേശത്തുവെച്ചു: ഞങ്ങൾ പാപംചെയ്തു അകൃത്യവും ദുഷ്ടതയും പ്രവർത്തിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു നിന്നോടു യാചിക്കയും

| לְבָבָ֔ם | lĕbābām | leh-va-VAHM | |
| in the land | בָּאָ֖רֶץ | bāʾāreṣ | ba-AH-rets |
| whither | אֲשֶׁ֣ר | ʾăšer | uh-SHER |
| נִשְׁבּוּ | nišbû | neesh-BOO | |
| they are carried captive, | שָׁ֑ם | šām | shahm |
| and turn | וְשָׁ֣בוּ׀ | wĕšābû | veh-SHA-voo |
| and pray | וְהִֽתְחַנְּנ֣וּ | wĕhitĕḥannĕnû | veh-hee-teh-ha-neh-NOO |
| unto | אֵלֶ֗יךָ | ʾēlêkā | ay-LAY-ha |
| thee in the land | בְּאֶ֤רֶץ | bĕʾereṣ | beh-EH-rets |
| of their captivity, | שִׁבְיָם֙ | šibyām | sheev-YAHM |
| saying, | לֵאמֹ֔ר | lēʾmōr | lay-MORE |
| sinned, have We | חָטָ֥אנוּ | ḥāṭāʾnû | ha-TA-noo |
| we have done amiss, | הֶֽעֱוִ֖ינוּ | heʿĕwînû | heh-ay-VEE-noo |
| and have dealt wickedly; | וְרָשָֽׁעְנוּ׃ | wĕrāšāʿĕnû | veh-ra-SHA-eh-noo |
