ദേശത്തു ക്ഷാമമോ മഹാമാരിയോ വെൺകതിർ, വിഷമഞ്ഞു, വെട്ടുക്കിളി, തുള്ളൻ എന്നിവയോ ഉണ്ടായാൽ അവരുടെ ശത്രു അവരുടെ പട്ടണങ്ങളുള്ള ദേശത്തു അവരെ നിരോധിച്ചാൽ വല്ല വ്യാധിയോ വല്ല ദീനമോ ഉണ്ടായാൽ യാതൊരുത്തനെങ്കിലും
