1 Kings 3:12
ഞാൻ നിന്റെ അപേക്ഷപ്രകാരം ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു; ജ്ഞാനവും വിവേകമുള്ളോരു ഹൃദയം ഞാൻ നിനക്കു തന്നിരിക്കുന്നു; നിനക്കു സമനായവൻ നിനക്കു മുമ്പു ഉണ്ടായിട്ടില്ല; നിനക്കു സമനായവൻ നിന്റെശേഷം ഉണ്ടാകയും ഇല്ല.

| thee a wise | לְךָ֗ | lĕkā | leh-HA |
| and an understanding | לֵ֚ב | lēb | lave |
| heart; | חָכָ֣ם | ḥākām | ha-HAHM |
| so that | וְנָב֔וֹן | wĕnābôn | veh-na-VONE |
| there was | אֲשֶׁ֤ר | ʾăšer | uh-SHER |
| none | כָּמ֙וֹךָ֙ | kāmôkā | ka-MOH-HA |
| like thee | לֹֽא | lōʾ | loh |
| before | הָיָ֣ה | hāyâ | ha-YA |
| neither thee, | לְפָנֶ֔יךָ | lĕpānêkā | leh-fa-NAY-ha |
| after | וְאַֽחֲרֶ֖יךָ | wĕʾaḥărêkā | veh-ah-huh-RAY-ha |
| thee shall any arise | לֹֽא | lōʾ | loh |
| like unto thee. | יָק֥וּם | yāqûm | ya-KOOM |
| כָּמֽוֹךָ׃ | kāmôkā | ka-MOH-ha |
