1 Kings 20:25
പിന്നെ നിനക്കു നഷ്ടമായ്പോയ സൈന്യത്തിന്നു സമമായോരു സൈന്യത്തെയും കുതിരപ്പടെക്കു സമമായ കുതിരപ്പടയെയും രഥങ്ങൾക്കു സമമായ രഥങ്ങളെയും ഒരുക്കിക്കൊൾക; എന്നിട്ടു നാം സമഭൂമിയിൽവെച്ചു അവരോടു യുദ്ധം ചെയ്ക; നാം അവരെ തോല്പിക്കും നിശ്ചയം. അവൻ അവരുടെ വാക്കു കേട്ടു അങ്ങനെ തന്നേ ചെയ്തു.

| for horse, | מֵֽאוֹתָ֜ךְ | mēʾôtāk | may-oh-TAHK |
| chariot and | וְס֣וּס | wĕsûs | veh-SOOS |
| for chariot: | כַּסּ֣וּס׀ | kassûs | KA-soos |
| against fight will we and | וְרֶ֣כֶב | wĕrekeb | veh-REH-hev |
| plain, the in them | כָּרֶ֗כֶב | kārekeb | ka-REH-hev |
| and surely | וְנִֽלָּחֲמָ֤ה | wĕnillāḥămâ | veh-nee-la-huh-MA |
| אוֹתָם֙ | ʾôtām | oh-TAHM | |
| stronger be shall we | בַּמִּישׁ֔וֹר | bammîšôr | ba-mee-SHORE |
| than they. And he hearkened | אִם | ʾim | eem |
| voice, their unto | לֹ֥א | lōʾ | loh |
| and did so. | נֶֽחֱזַ֖ק | neḥĕzaq | neh-hay-ZAHK |
| מֵהֶ֑ם | mēhem | may-HEM | |
| וַיִּשְׁמַ֥ע | wayyišmaʿ | va-yeesh-MA | |
| לְקֹלָ֖ם | lĕqōlām | leh-koh-LAHM | |
| וַיַּ֥עַשׂ | wayyaʿaś | va-YA-as | |
| כֵּֽן׃ | kēn | kane |
