1 Kings 2:36
പിന്നെ രാജാവു ആളയച്ചു ശിമെയിയെ വരുത്തി അവനോടു: നീ യെരൂശലേമിൽ നിനക്കു ഒരു വീടു പണിതു പാർത്തുകൊൾക; അവിടെനിന്നു പുറത്തെങ്ങും പോകരുതു.

| and said | וַיֹּ֣אמֶר | wayyōʾmer | va-YOH-mer |
| unto him, Build | ל֗וֹ | lô | loh |
| house an thee | בְּֽנֵה | bĕnē | BEH-nay |
| in Jerusalem, | לְךָ֥ | lĕkā | leh-HA |
| and dwell | בַ֙יִת֙ | bayit | VA-YEET |
| there, | בִּיר֣וּשָׁלִַ֔ם | bîrûšālaim | bee-ROO-sha-la-EEM |
| forth not go and | וְיָֽשַׁבְתָּ֖ | wĕyāšabtā | veh-ya-shahv-TA |
| שָׁ֑ם | šām | shahm | |
| thence | וְלֹֽא | wĕlōʾ | veh-LOH |
| any | תֵצֵ֥א | tēṣēʾ | tay-TSAY |
| whither. | מִשָּׁ֖ם | miššām | mee-SHAHM |
