1 Chronicles 19:16
തങ്ങൾ യിസ്രായേലിനോടു തോറ്റുപോയി എന്നു അരാമ്യർ കണ്ടപ്പോൾ അവർ ദൂതന്മാരെ അയച്ചു നദിക്കു അക്കരെയുള്ള അരാമ്യരെ വരുത്തി; ഹദദേസെരിന്റെ സേനാപതിയായ ശോഫക്ക് അവരുടെ നായകനായിരുന്നു.

| messengers, | מַלְאָכִ֔ים | malʾākîm | mahl-ah-HEEM |
| and drew forth | וַיּוֹצִ֣יאוּ | wayyôṣîʾû | va-yoh-TSEE-oo |

| the Syrians | אֲרָ֔ם | ʾărām | uh-RAHM |
| that | אֲשֶׁ֖ר | ʾăšer | uh-SHER |
| were beyond | מֵעֵ֣בֶר | mēʿēber | may-A-ver |

| and Shophach | וְשׁוֹפַ֛ךְ | wĕšôpak | veh-shoh-FAHK |
