Judges 7:7
ಆಗ ಕರ್ತನು ಗಿದ್ಯೋನನಿಗೆ--ನೆಕ್ಕಿ ಕುಡಿದ ಆ ಮುನ್ನೂರು ಜನರಿಂದ ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿ ಮಿದ್ಯಾನ್ಯರನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಡುವೆನು; ಇತರ ಜನರೆಲ್ಲಾ ತಮ್ಮ ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಲಿ ಅಂದನು.

ನಾನೂ ನನ್ನ ಸಂಗಡ ಇರುವವ ರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ತುತೂರಿಯನ್ನು ಊದುವಾಗ ನೀವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ದಂಡಿನ ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಡೆಯಲ್ಲೂ ತುತೂರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಊದಿ ಕರ್ತನ ಕತ್ತಿ, ಗಿದ್ಯೋನನ ಕತ್ತಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿರಿ ಅಂದನು.
