2 Samuel 14:7
ಆದದರಿಂದ ಇಗೋ, ಕುಟುಂಬದವರೆಲ್ಲರು ನಿನ್ನ ಸೇವಕಳ ಮೇಲೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಎದ್ದು--ತನ್ನ ಸಹೋ ದರನನ್ನು ಕೊಂದವನನ್ನು ಅವನ ಸಹೋದರನ ಪ್ರಾಣಕ್ಕೋಸ್ಕರ ನಾವು ಅವನನ್ನು ಕೊಲ್ಲುವ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ ಬಾಧ್ಯವನ್ನು ಸಹ ನಾಶಮಾಡಿಬಿಡುವ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ ಅವನನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಡು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ದರು. ಹೀಗೆಯೇ ಅವರು ನನಗೆ ಉಳಿದಿರುವ ನನ್ನ ಕೆಂಡವನ್ನು ಆರಿಸಿ ಭೂಮಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ನನ್ನ ಗಂಡನ ಹೆಸರನ್ನೂ ಸಂತಾನವನ್ನೂ ಉಳಿಯ ಬಿಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ ಅಂದಳು.

ಆದದರಿಂದ ಇಗೋ, ಕುಟುಂಬದವರೆಲ್ಲರು ನಿನ್ನ ಸೇವಕಳ ಮೇಲೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಎದ್ದು--ತನ್ನ ಸಹೋ ದರನನ್ನು ಕೊಂದವನನ್ನು ಅವನ ಸಹೋದರನ ಪ್ರಾಣಕ್ಕೋಸ್ಕರ ನಾವು ಅವನನ್ನು ಕೊಲ್ಲುವ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ ಬಾಧ್ಯವನ್ನು ಸಹ ನಾಶಮಾಡಿಬಿಡುವ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ ಅವನನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಡು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ದರು. ಹೀಗೆಯೇ ಅವರು ನನಗೆ ಉಳಿದಿರುವ ನನ್ನ ಕೆಂಡವನ್ನು ಆರಿಸಿ ಭೂಮಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ನನ್ನ ಗಂಡನ ಹೆಸರನ್ನೂ ಸಂತಾನವನ್ನೂ ಉಳಿಯ ಬಿಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ ಅಂದಳು.
