1 Samuel 18:21
ಅವನಿಗೆ ಉರುಲಾಗಿರುವ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ ಫಿಲಿಷ್ಟಿಯರ ಕೈ ಅವನ ಮೇಲೆ ಬರುವ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ ಇವಳನ್ನು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಕೊಡುವೆನು ಅಂದುಕೊಂಡನು. ಆದದರಿಂದ ಸೌಲನು ದಾವೀದನಿಗೆ--ನೀನು ಎರಡನೆ ಯವಳಿಂದ ಈ ಹೊತ್ತು ಅಳಿಯನಾಗು ಅಂದನು.

ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಅವನ ಸೇವಕರು ದಾವೀದನಿಗೆ ಈ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿದಾಗ ಅರಸನಿಗೆ ಅಳಿಯನಾಗುವದು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಕಾಣಿಸಿತು.
ವಿಮೋಚನಕಾಂಡ 10:7
