ಪ್ರಾಣಹತ್ಯ ಮಾಡುವ ಕೊಲೆಪಾತಕನನ್ನು ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಗಳ ಬಾಯಿಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಕೊಲ್ಲಬೇಕು; ಸಾಯುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಯಾವ ಮನುಷ್ಯನಿಗಾದರೂ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಒಬ್ಬನು ಸಾಕ್ಷಿ ಹೇಳಬಾರದು.
