ಇದು ಮೊದಲನೆಯ ಮೃಗದ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಅದರ ಮುಂದೆಯೇ ನಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಮರಣಕರವಾದ ಗಾಯ ವಾಸಿಯಾದ ಮೊದಲನೆಯ ಮೃಗಕ್ಕೆ ಭೂಲೋಕವೂ ಭೂನಿವಾಸಿಗಳೂ ಆರಾಧಿಸು ವಂತೆ ಇದು ಮಾಡುವಂಥದ್ದಾಗಿದೆ.
