ಆ ಹಬ್ಬದಲ್ಲಿ ಜನರು ಇಷ್ಟಪಡುವ ಒಬ್ಬ ಸೆರೆಯವನನ್ನು ಅಧಿಪತಿಯು ಬಿಟ್ಟುಬಿಡುವ ಪದ್ಧತಿ ಯಿತ್ತು.
