ಆಗ ಆತನು ಅವರ ಹೃದಯಗಳ ಕಾಠಿಣ್ಯತೆಗಾಗಿ ದುಃಖಪಟ್ಟು ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ಕೋಪದಿಂದ ಅವರನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ಆ ಮನುಷ್ಯನಿಗೆ--ನಿನ್ನ ಕೈಚಾಚು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು. ಅವನು ಚಾಚಿದಾಗ ಅವನ ಕೈಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತೊಂದರ ಹಾಗಾಯಿತು.
