Lamentations 2:8
ಕರ್ತನು ಚೀಯೋನಿನ ಮಗಳ ಗೋಡೆಯನ್ನು ನಾಶ ಮಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆ; ಗೆರೆಯನ್ನು ಎಳೆದಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ತನ್ನ ಕೈಯನ್ನು ಕೆಡಿಸುವದರಿಂದ ಹಿಂತೆಗೆಯಲಿಲ್ಲ; ಕಲ್ಲಿನ ಪ್ರಾಕಾರವನ್ನೂ ಮತ್ತು ಗೋಡೆ ಯನ್ನೂ ಗೋಳಾಡುವಂತೆ ಆತನು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾನೆ, ಅವೆರಡೂ ಜೊತೆಯಾಗಿ ಕುಸಿದು ಹೋಗಿವೆ.
