ಅರಣ್ಯಕಾಂಡ 9:6
ಆಗ ಶವದ ದೆಸೆಯಿಂದ ಅಶುದ್ಧರಾಗಿ ಪಸ್ಕವನ್ನು ಆ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಚರಿಸಲಿಕ್ಕಾಗದ ಕೆಲವು ಮನುಷ್ಯ ರಿದ್ದರು; ಅವರು ಆ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೋಶೆ ಆರೋನರ ಮುಂದೆ ಬಂದರು.

| body dead the by | לְנֶ֣פֶשׁ | lĕnepeš | leh-NEH-fesh |
| of a man, | אָדָ֔ם | ʾādām | ah-DAHM |
| that they could | וְלֹֽא | wĕlōʾ | veh-LOH |
| not | יָכְל֥וּ | yoklû | yoke-LOO |
| keep | לַֽעֲשֹׂת | laʿăśōt | LA-uh-sote |
| the passover | הַפֶּ֖סַח | happesaḥ | ha-PEH-sahk |
| on that | בַּיּ֣וֹם | bayyôm | BA-yome |
| day: | הַה֑וּא | hahûʾ | ha-HOO |
| came they and | וַֽיִּקְרְב֞וּ | wayyiqrĕbû | va-yeek-reh-VOO |
| before | לִפְנֵ֥י | lipnê | leef-NAY |
| Moses | מֹשֶׁ֛ה | mōše | moh-SHEH |
| and before | וְלִפְנֵ֥י | wĕlipnê | veh-leef-NAY |
| Aaron | אַֽהֲרֹ֖ן | ʾahărōn | ah-huh-RONE |
