Luke 16:30
ಆಗ ಅವನು--ಹಾಗಲ್ಲ, ತಂದೆ ಯಾದ ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮನೇ, ಸತ್ತವರೊಳಗಿಂದ ಒಬ್ಬನು ಅವರ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಹೋದರೆ ಅವರು ಮಾನಸಾಂತರ ಪಡುವರು ಅಂದನು.

ಆದರೆ--ಹಾಗಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ; ನೀವು ಮಾನಸಾಂತರ ಪಡದೆಹೋದರೆ ನೀವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಅವರಂತೆಯೇ ನಾಶವಾ ಗುವಿರಿ.

ಆದರೆ--ಹಾಗಲ್ಲ ವೆಂದು ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ; ನೀವು ಮಾನ ಸಾಂತರಪಡದೆ ಹೋದರೆ ನೀವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಅವರಂತೆಯೇ ನಾಶವಾಗುವಿರಿ ಅಂದನು.

ಅವನು--ತಂದೆಯಾದ ಅಬ್ರಹಾ ಮನೇ, ನನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ಕರುಣೆ ಇಟ್ಟು ಲಾಜರನು ತನ್ನ ತುದಿಬೆರಳನ್ನು ನೀರಲ್ಲಿ ಅದ್ದಿ ನನ್ನ ನಾಲಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ತಣ್ಣಗೆ ಮಾಡುವಂತೆ ಅವನನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸು; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ನಾನು ಈ ಉರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾತನೆಪಡುತ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದೇನೆ ಎಂದು ಕೂಗಿ ಹೇಳಿದನು.
