ಅವನು ದಹನ ಬಲಿಯನ್ನು ವಧಿಸಿದಾಗ ಆರೋನನ ಕುಮಾರರು ಅವನಿಗೆ ರಕ್ತವನ್ನು ತಂದು ಕೊಟ್ಟರು, ಅದನ್ನು ಅವನು ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ಚಿಮುಕಿಸಿದನು.
