Leviticus 4:7
ಯಾಜಕನು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ರಕ್ತವನ್ನು ಸಭೆಯ ಗುಡಾರ ದೊಳಗಿರುವ ಸುವಾಸನೆಯುಳ್ಳ ಧೂಪ ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಯ ಕೊಂಬುಗಳಿಗೆ ಕರ್ತನ ಮುಂದೆ ಹಚ್ಚಬೇಕು; ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ಆ ಹೋರಿಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರಕ್ತವನ್ನು ಸಭೆಯ ಗುಡಾರದ ಬಾಗಿಲ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ದಹನಬಲಿ ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಯ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಯ್ಯಬೇಕು.
