Leviticus 4:12
ಇಡೀ ಹೋರಿಯನ್ನು ಪಾಳೆಯದ ಆಚೆಗಿರುವ ಶುದ್ಧವಾದ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಅಂದರೆ ಬೂದಿ ಚೆಲ್ಲುವ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ತಂದು ಅದನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಗೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಬೆಂಕಿಯಿಂದ ಸುಡ ಬೇಕು. ಅದನ್ನು ಬೂದಿ ಚೆಲ್ಲುವ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಡಬೇಕು.

ಯಾಜಕನು ತನ್ನ ನಾರು ಮಡಿಯ ಉಡುಪನ್ನೂ ತನ್ನ ಶರೀರದ ಮೇಲೆ ನಾರು ಮಡಿಯ ಇಜಾರುಗಳನ್ನೂ ಹಾಕಿಕೊಂಡು ಯಜ್ಞ ವೇದಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ದಹನಬಲಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬೆಂಕಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಟ್ಟು ಬೂದಿಯನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಅದನ್ನು ಯಜ್ಞ ವೇದಿಯ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಕಬೇಕು.

ಗಂಡಸನ್ನಾಗಲಿ ಹೆಂಗಸನ್ನಾಗಲಿ ನೀವು ಹೊರಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಬೇಕು. ನಾನು ಅವರ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸ ಮಾಡುವ ಪಾಳೆಯವನ್ನು ಅವರು ಅಶುದ್ಧ ಮಾಡದ ಹಾಗೆ ನೀವು ಅವರನ್ನು ಹೊರಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂಬದೇ.
ಅರಣ್ಯಕಾಂಡ 15:35
ಆಗ ಕರ್ತನು ಮೋಶೆಗೆ--ಆ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಖಂಡಿತವಾ ಗಿಯೂ ಸಾಯಲೇಬೇಕು; ಸಭೆಯೆಲ್ಲಾ ಪಾಳೆಯದ ಹೊರಗೆ ಅವನನ್ನು ಕಲ್ಲೆಸೆಯಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.
ಅರಣ್ಯಕಾಂಡ 19:3
ನೀವು ಅದನ್ನು ಯಾಜಕನಾದ ಎಲ್ಲಾಜಾರನಿಗೆ ಕೊಡಬೇಕು. ಅವನು ಅದನ್ನು ಪಾಳೆಯದ ಹೊರಗೆ ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಿ ತನ್ನ ಮುಂದೆ ವಧೆಮಾಡಿಸಬೇಕು.

ಹಸುವನ್ನು ಅದರ ಚರ್ಮ ಮಾಂಸ ರಕ್ತ ಸಗಣಿಯ ಸಹಿತವಾಗಿ ಅವನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳಿಗೆದುರಾಗಿ ಸುಡಿಸಬೇಕು.
