ಹೀಗೆ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ಜನರೆಲ್ಲಾ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಹೊಂದುವರು. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಆಧಾರವಾಗಿ--ಬಿಡಿಸು ವಾತನು ಚೀಯೋನಿನೊಳಗಿಂದ ಹೊರಟುಬಂದು ಯಾಕೋಬಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಭಕ್ತಿಹೀನತೆಯನ್ನು ನಿವಾರಣೆ ಮಾಡುವನು.
