Isaiah 30:3
ಆದಕಾರಣ ಫರೋಹನ ಬಲವು ನಿಮಗೆ ನಾಚಿಕೆಯೂ ಐಗುಪ್ತದ ನೆರಳಿನ ಭರವಸದಿಂದ ನಿಮ ಗೆ ನಿಂದೆಯೂ ಉಂಟಾಗುವದು.

ಜಜ್ಜಿದ ದಂಡಿಗೆ ಸಮಾನವಾದ ಐಗುಪ್ತವೆಂಬ ಕೋಲಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ಭರವಸವಿಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತಿಯಷ್ಟೆ; ಒಬ್ಬನು ಅಂತ ಕೋಲನ್ನು ಊರಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವದಾದರೆ ಅದು ಅವನ ಕೈಯೊಳಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಿ ತಿವಿಯುತ್ತದೆ. ಐಗುಪ್ತದ ಅರಸ ನಾದ ಫರೋಹನು ತನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ವರೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೆ ಹೀಗೆ ಇದ್ದಾನೆ.
ಯೆಶಾಯ 45:16
ಅವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ನಾಚಿಕೆಪಟ್ಟು ನಿಂದಿತರಾಗುವರು. ವಿಗ್ರಹಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವವರು ಒಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಗಲಿಬಿಲಿಗೆ ಒಳಗಾಗುವರು.
