Isaiah 23:15
ಆ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಗುವದೇನಂದರೆ, ತೂರ್ ಪಟ್ಟಣವು ಒಬ್ಬ ಅರಸನ ದಿವಸಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಎಪ್ಪತ್ತು ವರುಷಗಳ ತನಕ (ಮೂಲ ದಿನಗಳು) ಜ್ಞಾಪಕಕ್ಕೆ ಬಾರದೇ ಇರುವದು; ಎಪ್ಪತ್ತು ವರುಷಗಳ ಕೊನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೂರ್ ಪಟ್ಟಣವು ಸೂಳೆಯರ ವಿಷಯವಾದ ಗೀತೆಯ ಹಾಗಾಗುವದು.

ಅವಳ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷೇ ತೋಟಗಳನ್ನು ಅಲ್ಲಿರುವಾ ಗಲೇ ಅವಳಿಗೆ ಹಿಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಕೊಡುವೆನು. ಆಕೋರಿನ ತಗ್ಗನ್ನೇ ಅವಳ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ದ್ವಾರವನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡುವೆನು; ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಳು ಯೌವನದ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಐಗುಪ್ತ ದೇಶದೊಳಗಿಂದ ಹೊರಟುಬಂದ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಆದ ಹಾಗೆ ಹಾಡುವಳು.

ಆ ಒರಟು ಹೋತವು ಗ್ರೀಕ್ನ ಅರಸನು ಮತ್ತು ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳ ಮಧ್ಯೆ ಇದ್ದ ಆ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಕೊಂಬು ಮೊದಲನೆಯ ಅರಸನು.

ಆತನನ್ನು ಸಕಲ ಪ್ರಜೆ, ಜನಾಂಗ, ಭಾಷೆಗಳವರು ಸೇವಿಸುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಆತನಿಗೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರವು ಮಹತ್ವವು ರಾಜ್ಯವು ಕೊಡಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವು. ಈತನ ಅಧಿಕಾರವು ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಮುಗಿಯದ ನಿತ್ಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರವುಳ್ಳದ್ದು. ಈತನ ರಾಜ್ಯವು ನಾಶವಾಗದಂತ ರಾಜ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ.

ಯಾವ ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ಪಾದವಾದರೂ ಮೃಗಗಳ ಪಾದವಾದರೂ ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾದುಹೋಗುವ ದಿಲ್ಲ ಅಥವಾ ನಾಲ್ವತ್ತು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಮಾಡುವವರೇ ಇರುವದಿಲ್ಲ.

ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಎದೋಮಿನ ಅರಸನಿಗೂ ಮೋವಾಬಿನ ಅರಸನಿಗೂ ಅಮ್ಮೋನ್ಯರ ಅರಸನಿಗೂ ತೂರಿನ ಅರಸನಿಗೂ ಚೀದೋನಿನ ಅರಸನಿಗೂ ಯೆಹೂದದ ಅರಸನಾದ ಚಿದ್ಕೀಯನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬರುವ ಸುದ್ದಿಗಾರರ ಕೈಯಿಂದ ಕಳುಹಿಸು.

ನೀವು ನನ್ನ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳದ ಕಾರಣ ಇಗೋ, ಕರ್ತನು ಹೇಳುವದೇನಂದರೆ--ನಾನು ಕಳು ಹಿಸಿ ಉತ್ತರ ದಿಕ್ಕಿನ ಗೋತ್ರಗಳೆಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ನನ್ನ ಸೇವಕ ನಾದ ಬಾಬೆಲಿನ ಅರಸನಾದ ನೆಬೂಕದ್ನೆಚ್ಚರನನ್ನೂ ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು, ಈ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿಯೂ ಅದರ ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿಯೂ ಸುತ್ತಲಿರುವ ಈ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿಯೂ ಕರೆಯಿಸಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ನಾಶಮಾಡಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ವಿಸ್ಮ ಯಕ್ಕೂ ಸಿಳ್ಳಿಡುವಿಕೆಗೂ ಗುರಿಯಾಗಿಯೂ ನಿತ್ಯ ಹಾಳಾಗಿಯೂ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ.
