Genesis 35:12
ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮನಿಗೂ ಇಸಾಕ ನಿಗೂ ನಾನು ಕೊಟ್ಟ ದೇಶವನ್ನು ನಿನಗೆ ಕೊಡುವೆನು. ನಿನ್ನ ತರುವಾಯ ನಿನ್ನ ಸಂತತಿಗೂ ಆ ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಕೊಡುವೆನು ಅಂದನು.

ಇಗೋ, ಕರ್ತನು ಅದರ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿಂತುಕೊಂಡು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ--ನಿನ್ನ ತಂದೆ ಯಾದ ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮನ ಕರ್ತನಾದ ದೇವರೂ ಇಸಾಕನ ದೇವರೂ ನಾನೇ, ನೀನು ಮಲಗಿರುವ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ನಿನಗೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಸಂತತಿಗೂ ಕೊಡುವೆನು.

ಕರ್ತನು ಅಬ್ರಾಮನಿಗೆ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು--ನಿನ್ನ ಸಂತತಿಗೆ ನಾನು ಈ ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಕೊಡುವೆನು ಅಂದನು. ಆಗ ಅವನು ಅಲ್ಲಿ ತನಗೆ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡ ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಬಲಿಪೀಠವನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿದನು.
ಆದಿಕಾಂಡ 26:3
ನೀನು ಈ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರವಾಸಿಯಾಗಿರು; ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ಸಂಗಡ ಇದ್ದು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸುವೆನು. ನಿನಗೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಸಂತಾನಕ್ಕೂ ಈ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಕೊಡುವೆನು. ನಿನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯಾದ ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮನಿಗೆ ನಾನು ಮಾಡಿದ ಪ್ರಮಾಣವನ್ನು ಈಡೇರಿಸುವೆನು.

1 ಅದೇ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಜನರು ಕೇಳುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಮೋಶೆಯ ಪುಸ್ತಕದೊಳಗೆ ಓದುವಾಗ ಅಮ್ಮೋನ್ಯರೂ ಮೋವಾಬ್ಯರೂ ಎಂದಿಗೂ ದೇವರ ಸಭೆಗೆ ಬರಕೂಡದೆಂದು ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆದದ್ದು ಸಿಕ್ಕಿತು.

ಆದಕಾರಣ ಅವರನ್ನು ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರ ಕೈಯೊ ಳಗಿಂದ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕೂ ಆ ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಬಿಡಿಸಿ ಹಾಲೂ ಜೇನೂ ಹರಿಯುವ ವಿಸ್ತಾರವಾದ ಒಳ್ಳೇ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಅಂದರೆ ಕಾನಾನ್ಯರು, ಹಿತ್ತಿಯರು, ಅಮೋರಿಯರು, ಪೆರಿಜೀಯರು, ಹಿವ್ವಿಯರು, ಯೆಬೂಸಿಯರು ವಾಸವಾಗಿರುವ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ನಡಿಸಿ ಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗುವದಕ್ಕೂ ಇಳಿದು ಬಂದಿದ್ದೇನೆ.

ಆತನು ನನಗೆ--ಇಗೋ, ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿ ಜನ ಸಮೂಹವನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿ ನಿನ್ನ ತರುವಾಯ ಹುಟ್ಟುವ ನಿನ್ನ ಸಂತತಿಗೆ ಈ ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಶಾಶ್ವತ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ಥ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಕೊಡುತ್ತೇನೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.

ಸರ್ವಶಕ್ತನಾದ ದೇವರು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸಿ ನೀನು ಜನಸಮುದಾಯವಾಗುವಂತೆ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲಿ,
