ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ--ನಿನ್ನ ಅಸಹ್ಯವು ಸುರಿಯಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಕಾರಣ ದಿಂದಲೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಬೆತ್ತಲೆತನವು ಪ್ರಕಟವಾಗುವಂತೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಪ್ರಿಯರ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾಡಿದ ವ್ಯಭಿಚಾರದಿಂದಲೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅಸಹ್ಯವಾದ ವಿಗ್ರಹಗಳಿಂದಲೂ ನೀನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ನಿನ್ನ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ರಕ್ತದಿಂದಲೂ

ಯೆಹೆಜ್ಕೇಲನು 23:29
ಅವರು ನಿನ್ನ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಗೆಯವರಾಗಿ ನಡೆಯುವರು; ನಿನ್ನ ಕಷ್ಟಾರ್ಜಿತವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಬೆತ್ತಲೆಯಾಗಿಯೂ ಬರಿದಾಗಿಯೂ ಮಾಡಿ ಬಿಡುವರು. ಆಗ ನಿನ್ನ ವ್ಯಭಿಚಾರವೂ ದುಷ್ಕರ್ಮವೂ ಜಾರತ್ವವೂ ಪ್ರಕಟವಾಗುವದು.

ಹೀಗೆ ಅವಳು ವ್ಯಭಿಚಾರವನ್ನು ಕಂಡುಹಿಡಿದು ತನ್ನ ಬೆತ್ತಲೆತನವನು ಬಯಲುಪಡಿಸಿ ಕೊಂಡಾಗ, ತನ್ನ ಅನುರಾಗವು ಮೊದಲು ಇವಳ ಸಹೋದರಿಯಿಂದ ಅಗಲಿದ ಹಾಗೆ ಇವಳಿಂದಲೂ ಅಗಲಿತು.
