Judges 14:12
ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸಂಸೋನನು--ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಒಂದು ಒಗಟನ್ನು ಹೇಳುವೆನು; ನೀವು ಅದನ್ನು ಔತಣದ ಈ ಏಳು ದಿವಸಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ರಹಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ನನಗೆ ಅದರ ಅರ್ಥವನ್ನು ನಿಜವಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿದರೆ ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಮೂವತ್ತು ದುಪ್ಪಟಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಮೂವತ್ತು ದುಸ್ತು ವಸ್ತ್ರಗಳನ್ನೂ ಕೊಡುವೆನು.

ಅವನುಕ್ಷೇಮ; ಇಗೋ, ಪ್ರವಾದಿಗಳ ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಯೌವನಸ್ಥರು ಎಫ್ರಾಯಾಮ್ ಬೆಟ್ಟದಿಂದ ಈಗಲೇ ನನ್ನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ; ನೀನು ದಯಮಾಡಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಒಂದು ತಲಾಂತು ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಯನ್ನೂ ಎರಡು ದುಸ್ತು ಬಟ್ಟೆ ಗಳನ್ನೂ ಕೊಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ನಿನಗೆ ಹೇಳು ಎಂದು ನನ್ನ ಯಜಮಾನನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆ ಅಂದನು.

ಆದದರಿಂದ ಅರಾಮ್ಯರ ಅರಸನು--ನೀನು ಹೋಗಿ ಬಾ; ನಾನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಅರಸನಿಗೆ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸುವೆನು ಅಂದನು. ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಅವನು ಹತ್ತು ತಲಾಂತು ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಯನ್ನೂ ಆರು ಸಾವಿರ ಬಂಗಾರದ ನಾಣ್ಯಗಳನ್ನೂ ಹತ್ತು ದುಸ್ತು ಬಟ್ಟೆ ಗಳನ್ನೂ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋದನು.
ಙ್ಞಾನೋಕ್ತಿಗಳು 1:6
ಸಾಮತಿಯನ್ನು ಅದರ ಅರ್ಥವನ್ನು ಜ್ಞಾನಿಗಳ ಮಾತು ಗಳನ್ನು ಅವರ ಗೂಢವಾದ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಗ್ರಹಿಸು ವಂತೆ ಇವು ಮಾಡುವವುಗಳಾಗಿವೆ.
ಯಾಕೋಬನು 5:2
ನಿಮ್ಮ ಐಶ್ವರ್ಯವು ನಾಶವಾಗಿದೆ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬಟ್ಟೆಗಳಿಗೆ ನುಸಿ ಹಿಡಿದಿದೆ.

ಆತನ ಶಿಷ್ಯರು ಆತನಿಗೆ--ಇಗೋ, ಈಗ ನೀನು ಸಾಮ್ಯರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡದೆ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿಯೇ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತೀ.

ಈಕೆಯ ವಾರವನ್ನು ಪೂರೈಸು. ತರುವಾಯ ನೀನು ನನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಬೇರೆ ಏಳು ವರುಷಗಳ ವರೆಗೆ ಸೇವೆಮಾಡಿದರೆ ನಾವು ಆಕೆಯನ್ನೂ ನಿನಗೆ ಕೊಡು ತ್ತೇವೆ ಅಂದನು.
