ಯೆಹೂದದ ಅರಸನಾದ ಯೋಷೀಯನ ಮಗನಾದ ಯೆಹೋಯಾಕೀಮನ ನಾಲ್ಕನೇ ವರುಷದಲ್ಲಿ ನೇರೀಯನ ಮಗನಾದ ಬಾರೂಕನ ಈ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಯೆರೆವಿಾಯನ ಬಾಯಿಂದ ಬಂದ ಹಾಗೆ ಪುಸ್ತಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆದ ಮೇಲೆ ಯೆರೆವಿಾಯನು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ ವಾಕ್ಯವೆನಂದರೆ,

ಆಗ ಯೆರೆವಿಾಯನು ನೇರೀಯನ ಮಗನಾದ ಬಾರೂಕನನ್ನು ಕರೆದನು; ಬಾರೂಕನು ಯೆರೆವಿಾಯನ ಬಾಯಿಂದ ಕರ್ತನು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದ ಮಾತು ಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಕೇಳಿ ಪುಸ್ತಕದ ಸುರಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆ ದನು.
ಯೆರೆಮಿಯ 32:12
ಆ ಕ್ರಯಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ನನ್ನ ಚಿಕ್ಕಪ್ಪನ ಮಗನಾದ ಹನಮೇಲನ ಮುಂದೆಯೂ ಕ್ರಯಪತ್ರ ದಲ್ಲಿ ರುಜು ಹಾಕಿದ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಗಳ ಮುಂದೆಯೂ ಸೆರೆ ಮನೆಯ ಅಂಗಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂತುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯ ರೆಲ್ಲರ ಮುಂದೆಯೂ ಮಹ್ಸೇಮನ ಮಗನಾದ ನೇರೀ ಯನ ಮಗನಾದ ಬಾರೂಕನಿಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟೆನು.
ಯೆರೆಮಿಯ 36:32
ಆಗ ಯೆರೆವಿಾ ಯನು ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಸುರಳಿಯನ್ನು ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ನೇರೀಯನ ಮಗನಾದ ಲೇಖಕನಾದ ಬಾರೂಕನಿಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟನು; ಇವನು ಯೆಹೂದದ ಅರಸನಾದ ಯೆಹೋಯಾಕೀಮನು ಬೆಂಕಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಟ್ಟ ಪುಸ್ತಕದ ವಾಕ್ಯಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಯೆರೆವಿಾಯನ ಬಾಯಿಂದ ಬಂದ ಹಾಗೆ ಬರೆದನು; ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಅವುಗಳ ಹಾಗಿರುವ ಅನೇಕ ವಾಕ್ಯಗಳು ಅವುಗಳ ಸಂಗಡ ಕೂಡಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವು.
ಯೆರೆಮಿಯ 32:16
ನಾನು ಆ ಕ್ರಯಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ನೇರೀಯನ ಮಗ ನಾದ ಬಾರೂಕನಿಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಮೇಲೆ ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಹೀಗೆ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆ ಮಾಡಿದೆನು--

ಬಾಬೆಲಿನ ಅರಸನಾದ ನೆಬೂಕದ್ನೆಚ್ಚರನ ಮೊದಲನೇ ವರುಷವಾಗಿದ್ದ ಯೆಹೂ ದದ ಅರಸನಾದ ಯೋಷೀಯನ ಮಗನಾದ ಯೆಹೋ ಯಾಕೀಮನ ನಾಲ್ಕನೇ ವರುಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಯೆಹೂದದ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಜನರ ವಿಷಯ ಯೆರೆವಿಾಯನಿಗೆ ಉಂಟಾದ ವಾಕ್ಯವು.
ಯೆರೆಮಿಯ 43:3
ಅವರು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಕೊಂದುಹಾಕುವಂತೆ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಬಾಬೆಲಿಗೆ ಸೆರೆ ಒಯ್ಯುವ ಹಾಗೆ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಕಸ್ದೀಯರ ಕೈಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ನೇರೀಯನ ಮಗನಾದ ಬಾರೂ ಕನು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ನಮಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರೇರಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆ ಅಂದರು.
ಯೆರೆಮಿಯ 36:26
ಅರಸನು ಎರಖ್ಮೆಯೆಲನ ಮಗನಾದ ಯೆರೆಮ್ಮೇಲನಿಗೂ ಅಜ್ರಿ ಯೇಲನ ಮಗನಾದ ಸೆರಾಯನಿಗೂ ಅಬ್ದೆಯೇಲನ ಮಗನಾದ ಶೆಲೆಮ್ಯನಿಗೂ ಲೇಖಕನಾದ ಬಾರೂಕ ನನ್ನೂ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಯಾದ ಯೆರೆವಿಾಯನನ್ನೂ ಹಿಡಿಯ ಬೇಕೆಂದು ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದನು; ಆದರೆ ಕರ್ತನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಅಡಗಿಸಿದನು.
ಯೆರೆಮಿಯ 36:14
ಆದದರಿಂದ ಪ್ರಧಾನರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಕೂಷಿಯ ಮಗನಾದ ಶೆಲೆಮ್ಯನ ಮಗನಾದ ನೆಥನ್ಯನ ಮಗನಾದ ಯೆಹೂದಿಯನ್ನು ಬಾರೂಕನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿ--ನೀನು ಜನರಿಗೆ ಓದಿ ಹೇಳಿದ ಸುರಳಿಯನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಬಾ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು; ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ನೇರೀಯನ ಮಗನಾದ ಬಾರೂಕನು ಸುರಳಿಯನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಅವರ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದನು.
ಯೆರೆಮಿಯ 36:8
ಆಗ ಪ್ರವಾದಿ ಯಾದ ಯೆರೆವಿಾಯನು ತನಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದ್ದನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಬಾರೂಕನು ಮಾಡಿ ಕರ್ತನ ವಾಕ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಪುಸ್ತಕ ದಿಂದ ಕರ್ತನ ಆಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಓದಿದನು.
ಯೆರೆಮಿಯ 26:1
ಯೆಹೂದದ ಅರಸನಾದ ಯೋಷೀಯನ ಮಗನಾದ ಯೆಹೋಯಾಕೀಮನ ಆಳ್ವಿಕೆ ಯ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ವಾಕ್ಯವು ಕರ್ತನಿಂದ ಉಂಟಾ ಯಿತು.
2 ಪೂರ್ವಕಾಲವೃತ್ತಾ 36:5
ಯೆಹೋಯಾಕೀಮನು ಆಳಲು ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದಾಗ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತೈದು ವರುಷದವನಾಗಿದ್ದು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹನ್ನೊಂದು ವರುಷ ಆಳಿದನು. ಆದರೆ ತನ್ನ ದೇವ ರಾದ ಕರ್ತನ ಸಮ್ಮುಖದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನು ಕೆಟ್ಟದ್ದನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ದನು.
