Jeremiah 26:11
ಆಗ ಯಾಜಕರೂ ಪ್ರವಾದಿ ಗಳೂ ಪ್ರಧಾನರಿಗೂ ಜನರೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ --ಈ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಮರಣಕ್ಕೆ ತಕ್ಕವನು. ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕಿವಿಗಳಿಂದಲೇ ನೀವು ಕೇಳಿದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಅವನು ಈ ಪಟ್ಟಣಕ್ಕೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆ ಎಂಬದೇ.

ಅವರು ಸುಳ್ಳು ಸಾಕ್ಷಿ ಹೇಳುವ ಮನುಷ್ಯರನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು--ಇವನು ಮೋಶೆಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ದೇವರಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ದೂಷಣೆಯ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಳುವದನ್ನು ನಾವು ಕೇಳಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಆದಾಗ್ಯೂ ಕರ್ತನೇ, ಅವರು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಸಾಯಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ನನಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ಆಲೋಚನೆಯನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ನೀನು ಬಲ್ಲೆ; ಅವರ ಅಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಮನ್ನಿಸಬೇಡ; ಪಾಪವನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ಸನ್ನಿಧಿ ಯೊಳಗಿಂದ ಅಳಿಸಿಬಿಡಬೇಡ; ಅವರು ನಿನ್ನ ಮುಂದೆ ಕೆಡವಲ್ಪಡಲಿ; ನಿನ್ನ ಕೋಪದ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೆ ಮಾಡು.
