ಆದರೆ ಆ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನೇ ಭೂಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತನೆಂದು ನೀನು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ನನ್ನ ಜನರು ವಾಸಿಸುವ ಗೋಷೆನ್ ಸೀಮೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೊಣಗಳು ಇರದ ಹಾಗೆ ಅದನ್ನು ನಾನು ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕಿಸುವೆನು.

ಮರುದಿನ ಕರ್ತನು ಆ ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ದನು; ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರ ಪಶುಗಳೆಲ್ಲಾ ಸತ್ತುಹೋದವು. ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಪಶುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದೂ ಸಾಯ ಲಿಲ್ಲ.

ಆದರೆ ನೀವು ಇರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮನೆಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ರಕ್ತವು ನಿಮಗೆ ಗುರುತಾಗಿರುವದು. ಆ ರಕ್ತವನ್ನು ನಾನು ನೋಡುವಾಗ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ದಾಟಿಹೋಗುವೆನು. ಐಗುಪ್ತದೇಶವನ್ನು ನಾನು ಹೊಡೆಯುವ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ನಾಶಮಾಡುವ ಯಾವ ಬಾಧೆಯೂ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲೆ ಬರುವದಿಲ್ಲ.
ವಿಮೋಚನಕಾಂಡ 11:6
ಐಗುಪ್ತದೇಶದಲ್ಲೆಲ್ಲಾ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಗೋಳಾಟವಿರುವದು. ಇಂಥದ್ದು ಹಿಂದೆಯೂ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ, ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆಯೂ ಇರುವದಿಲ್ಲ.

ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಇದ್ದ ಗೋಷೆನ್ ಸೀಮೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆನೆಕಲ್ಲಿನ ಮಳೆಯು ಬೀಳಲಿಲ್ಲ.

ಅವನು ಮೋಶೆಗೆ--ನಾಳೆ ಅಂದನು. ಆಗ ಮೋಶೆಯು--ನಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಾಗಿರುವ ಕರ್ತನ ಹಾಗೆ ಯಾರು ಇಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ನೀನು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಹಾಗೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಮಾತಿನ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಆಗಲಿ.

ಕರ್ತನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ--ನಾನೇ ಕರ್ತನೆಂದು ಇದರಿಂದ ತಿಳುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಿ. ಇಗೋ, ನನ್ನ ಸೇವಕನ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಕೋಲಿನಿಂದ ನದಿಯ ನೀರನ್ನು ಹೊಡೆ ಯುವೆನು, ಆಗ ಅದು ರಕ್ತವಾಗುವದು.

ಆಗ ಮೋಶೆಯು ಅವನಿಗೆ--ನಾನು ಪಟ್ಟಣವನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟುಹೋದ ಕೂಡಲೆ ಕರ್ತನ ಕಡೆಗೆ ನನ್ನ ಕೈಗಳನ್ನು ಚಾಚುವೆನು; ಭೂಮಿಯು ಕರ್ತನದೇ ಎಂದು ನೀನು ತಿಳುಕೊಳ್ಳು ವಂತೆ ಗುಡುಗುಗಳು ನಿಂತುಹೋಗುವವು. ಆನೆಕಲ್ಲಿನ ಮಳೆಯು ಇನ್ನು ಬಾರದು.
