2 ಸಮುವೇಲನು 2:1
ಇದಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ದಾವೀದನು ಕರ್ತನನ್ನು -- ಯೆಹೂದದ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವದಕ್ಕಾದರೂ ಹೋಗಲೋ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದನು. ಕರ್ತನು ಅವನಿಗೆ--ಹೋಗು ಅಂದನು. ದಾವೀ ದನು--ನಾನು ಎಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಲಿ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದಕ್ಕೆ ಆತನು -- ಹೆಬ್ರೋನಿಗೆ ಅಂದನು.

பெருங்கற்களை நகர்த்திக் கொண்டிருக்கிறவன் அதனாலேயே காயப்படுவான். ஒருவன் மரங்களை வெட்டுவதும் ஆபத்தானது. அம்மரம் அவன்மேலேயே விழுந்துவிடலாம்.

கல்லுகளைப் பேРύக்கிறவன் அவைகளாҠύ காயப்படுவான்; மரΤ்தைப் பிளக்கிறவன் அதினால் மோசப்படுவான்.
Whoso removeth stones shall be hurt therewith; and he that cleaveth wood shall be endangered thereby.

Whoso removeth	מַסִּ֣יעַ	massîaʿ	ma-SEE-ah
stones	אֲבָנִ֔ים	ʾăbānîm	uh-va-NEEM
shall be hurt	יֵעָצֵ֖ב	yēʿāṣēb	yay-ah-TSAVE
cleaveth that he and therewith;	בָּהֶ֑ם	bāhem	ba-HEM
wood	בּוֹקֵ֥עַ	bôqēaʿ	boh-KAY-ah
shall be endangered	עֵצִ֖ים	ʿēṣîm	ay-TSEEM
thereby.	יִסָּ֥כֶן	yissāken	yee-SA-hen

And it came to pass	וַיְהִ֣י	wayhî	vai-HEE
this, after	אַֽחֲרֵי	ʾaḥărê	AH-huh-ray
	כֵ֗ן	kēn	hane
that David	וַיִּשְׁאַל֩	wayyišʾal	va-yeesh-AL
inquired	דָּוִ֨ד	dāwid	da-VEED
Lord, the of	בַּֽיהוָ֤ה׀	bayhwâ	bai-VA
saying,	לֵאמֹר֙	lēʾmōr	lay-MORE
Shall I go up	הַאֶֽעֱלֶ֗ה	haʾeʿĕle	ha-eh-ay-LEH
into any	בְּאַחַת֙	bĕʾaḥat	beh-ah-HAHT
cities the of	עָרֵ֣י	ʿārê	ah-RAY
of Judah?	יְהוּדָ֔ה	yĕhûdâ	yeh-hoo-DA
And the Lord	וַיֹּ֧אמֶר	wayyōʾmer	va-YOH-mer
said	יְהוָ֛ה	yĕhwâ	yeh-VA
unto	אֵלָ֖יו	ʾēlāyw	ay-LAV
him, Go up.	עֲלֵ֑ה	ʿălē	uh-LAY
David And	וַיֹּ֧אמֶר	wayyōʾmer	va-YOH-mer
said,	דָּוִ֛ד	dāwid	da-VEED
Whither	אָ֥נָה	ʾānâ	AH-na
up? go I shall	אֶֽעֱלֶ֖ה	ʾeʿĕle	eh-ay-LEH
And he said,	וַיֹּ֥אמֶר	wayyōʾmer	va-YOH-mer
