ಯೇಹುವು ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಹೋಗಿ ತನ್ನನ್ನು ಎದುರು ಗೊಳ್ಳಲು ರೇಕಾಬನ ಮಗನಾದ ಯೆಹೋನಾದಾ ಬನನ್ನು ಕಂಡು ಅವನನ್ನು ವಂದಿಸಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ--ನನ್ನ ಹೃದಯವು ನಿನ್ನ ಹೃದಯದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಇರುವಂತೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಹೃದಯವು ನನ್ನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿದೆಯೋ ಅಂದನು. ಯೆಹೋನಾದಾಬನು--ಅದೆ ಅಂದನು. ಹಾಗಾದರೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಕೈಕೊಡು ಅಂದನು. ಇವನು ತನ್ನ ಕೈಕೊಟ್ಟನು. ತನ್ನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ರಥದ ಮೇಲೆ ಏರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಅವ ನಿಗೆ--

2 ಅರಸುಗಳು 10:13
ಯೆಹೂ ದದ ಅರಸನಾದ ಅಹಜ್ಯನ ಸಹೋದರರನ್ನು ಕಂಡು ಅವರಿಗೆ--ನೀವು ಯಾರು ಅಂದನು. ಅದಕ್ಕವರು--ನಾವು ಅಹಜ್ಯನ ಸಹೋದರರು; ಅರಸನ ಮಕ್ಕ ಳನ್ನೂ ರಾಣಿಯ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನೂ ವಂದಿಸಲು ಹೋಗುತ್ತೇವೆ ಅಂದರು.

ಯೋರಾಮನು ರಥಹೂಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು. ಅವನ ರಥವು ಸಿದ್ಧವಾಯಿತು. ಆಗ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಅರಸನಾದ ಯೋರಾಮನೂ ಯೆಹೂ ದದ ಅರಸನಾದ ಅಹಜ್ಯನೂ ಹೊರಟು ಅವನವನು ತನ್ನ ತನ್ನ ರಥದಲ್ಲಿ ಏರಿ ಯೇಹುವಿಗೆ ಎದುರಾಗಿ ಹೊರಟು ಇಜ್ರೇಲ್ಯನಾದ ನಾಬೋತನ ಹೊಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನನ್ನು ಸಂಧಿಸಿದರು.

ಆಗ ಯಾಕೋಬನು ಫರೋಹನನ್ನು ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸಿ ಅವನ ಸನ್ನಿಧಿಯಿಂದ ಹೊರಟುಹೋದನು.
