ಆಗ ಹಿಜ್ಕೀಯನು ಕರ್ತನ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉಗ್ರಾಣಗಳನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಮಾಡಲು ಹೇಳಿದನು.

ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಲೇವಿಯರು ಹತ್ತರಲ್ಲೊಂದು ಪಾಲನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಾಗ ಆರೋನನ ಮಗನಾದ ಯಾಜ ಕನು ಲೇವಿಯರ ಸಂಗಡ ಇರಬೇಕು. ಲೇವಿಯರು ಹತ್ತರಲ್ಲೊಂದು ಪಾಲಾದದ್ದರಲ್ಲಿ ಹತ್ತರಲ್ಲೊಂದು ಪಾಲನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ನಮ್ಮ ದೇವರ ಆಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊಠಡಿಗಳ ಬಳಿಯ ಬೊಕ್ಕಸದ ಮನೆಗೆ ತರಬೇಕು.

ಲೇವಿಯರಿಗೂ ಹಾಡುಗಾರರಿಗೂ ದ್ವಾರ ಪಾಲಕರಿಗೂ ನೇಮಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಕಾಣಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನೂ ಧೂಪ ವನ್ನೂ ಪಾತ್ರೆಗಳನ್ನೂ ಧಾನ್ಯದ ಹತ್ತನೇ ಪಾಲುಗ ಳನ್ನೂ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಾರಸವನ್ನೂ ಎಣ್ಣೆಯನ್ನೂ ಯಾಜಕರ ಕಾಣಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನೂ ಪೂರ್ವಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಕೊಠಡಿಯನ್ನು ಅವನಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಸಿದ್ಧಮಾಡಿದ್ದನು.

ಆಗ ಯೆಹೂದದವರೆಲ್ಲರು ಧಾನ್ಯ, ಹೊಸ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಾರಸ, ಎಣ್ಣೆ, ಇವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹತ್ತರಲೊಂದು ಪಾಲು ಕೊಠಡಿ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತಂದರು.
