ಇದ ಲ್ಲದೆ ತಾನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಪ್ರಧಾನರನ್ನೂ ಯಾಜಕರನ್ನೂ ಲೇವಿಯರನ್ನೂ ಒಟ್ಟುಗೂಡಿಸಿ ಬರ ಮಾಡಿದನು.

ಯೆಹೋಶುವನು ಶೆಕೆಮಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಗೋತ್ರದವರನ್ನು ಕೂಡಿಸಿ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಹಿರಿಯರನ್ನೂ ಅವರ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥ ರನ್ನೂ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧಿಪತಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಕರೆಸಿದನು. ಅವರು ದೇವರ ಮುಂದೆ ಬಂದು ನಿಂತರು.

ದಾವೀದನು ಸಾವಿರ ಮಂದಿಗೂ ನೂರು ಮಂದಿಗೂ ಪ್ರಧಾನರಾದವರ ಸಂಗಡ ಮತ್ತು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ನಾಯಕರ ಸಂಗಡ ಆಲೋಚನೆ ಮಾಡಿದನು.

ದಾವೀದನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಪ್ರಧಾನರಾದ ಗೋತ್ರಗಳ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ರನ್ನೂ ವರ್ಗವರ್ಗವಾಗಿ ಅರಸನನ್ನು ಸೇವಿಸುವ ಸಭೆಗಳ ಪ್ರಧಾನರನ್ನೂ ಸಹಸ್ರಾಧಿಪತಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಶತಾಧಿಪತಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಅರಸನ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ಥ್ಯದ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಅವನ ಕುಮಾರರ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ಥ್ಯಗಳ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಇರುವ ಪ್ರಧಾನರನ್ನೂ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಪರಾಕ್ರಮಶಾಲಿ ಗಳನ್ನೂ ಶೂರರನ್ನೂ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿಗೆ ಕೂಡಿ ಬರ ಮಾಡಿದನು.

ಆಗ ಅರಸನು ಕರೇ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿ ಯೆಹೂದದ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನ ಹಿರಿಯರೆಲ್ಲರನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂಡಿಸಿದನು.
