ದೇವರ ಮಂಜೂಷವು ಒಬೇದೆದೋಮನ ಮನೆ ಯವರ ಸಂಗಡ ಅವನ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂರು ತಿಂಗಳು ಇದ್ದದರಿಂದ ಕರ್ತನು ಒಬೇದೆದೋಮನ ಮನೆ ಯನ್ನೂ ಅವನಿಗಿದ್ದದ್ದೆಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸಿದನು.

ಆದಿಕಾಂಡ 39:5
ಅವನನ್ನು ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ತನಗಿದ್ದ ಎಲ್ಲಾದರ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಕನನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿದಂದಿನಿಂದ ಕರ್ತನು ಆ ಐಗುಪ್ತದವನ ಮನೆಯನ್ನು ಯೋಸೇಫನ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ವಾಗಿ ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸಿದನು. ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಹೊಲ ದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ (ಅವನಿಗಿದ್ದ) ಎಲ್ಲಾದರ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಕರ್ತನ ಆಶೀರ್ವಾದವಿತ್ತು.

ನಿನ್ನ ಆಸ್ತಿಯಿಂದಲೂ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಫಲಗಳಿಂದಲೂ ಕರ್ತನನ್ನು ಸನ್ಮಾನಿಸು.

ನನ್ನ ಆಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಹಾರವಿರುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಹತ್ತನೇ ಪಾಲು ಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಬೊಕ್ಕಸದ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನಿರಿ; ಇದರಿಂದ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿರಿ; ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಆಕಾಶದ ಕಿಟಕಿ ಗಳನ್ನು ತೆರೆದು ಸಾಕಾಗುವಷ್ಟಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗುವಷ್ಟು ಆಶೀರ್ವಾದ ನಿಮಗೆ ಸುರಿಸದಿರುವೆನೇ? ಎಂದು ಸೈನ್ಯಗಳ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ.
