Judges 7:19
ಮಧ್ಯ ರಾತ್ರಿ ಮೊದಲನೆಯ ಜಾವದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾವಲು ಗಾರರನ್ನು ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಿದಾಗ ಗಿದ್ಯೋನನೂ ಅವನ ಸಂಗಡ ಇದ್ದ ನೂರು ಮಂದಿಯೂ ದಂಡಿನ ಹೊರಗೆ ಬಂದು ತುತೂರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಊದಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಕೊಡಗಳನ್ನು ಒಡೆದರು.

| of the middle | הָֽאַשְׁמֹ֣רֶת | hāʾašmōret | ha-ash-MOH-ret |
| watch; | הַתִּֽיכוֹנָ֔ה | hattîkônâ | ha-tee-hoh-NA |
| and they had but | אַ֛ךְ | ʾak | ak |
| newly | הָקֵ֥ם | hāqēm | ha-KAME |
| set | הֵקִ֖ימוּ | hēqîmû | hay-KEE-moo |

| the watch: | הַשֹּֽׁמְרִ֑ים | haššōmĕrîm | ha-shoh-meh-REEM |

| and brake | וְנָפ֥וֹץ | wĕnāpôṣ | veh-na-FOHTS |
| pitchers the | הַכַּדִּ֖ים | hakkaddîm | ha-ka-DEEM |
