Jeremiah 32:21
ನಿನ್ನ ಜನರಾದ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲನ್ನು ಗುರುತುಗಳಿಂದಲೂ ಲಕ್ಷಣಗಳಿಂ ದಲೂ ಬಲವಾದ ಕೈಯಿಂದಲೂ ಚಾಚಿದ ತೋಳಿ ನಿಂದಲೂ ಮಹಾಭಯದಿಂದಲೂ ಐಗುಪ್ತದೇಶದೊಳ ಗಿಂದ ಹೊರಗೆ ತಂದಿದ್ದೀ.

Psalm 136:11

ಕರ್ತನ ನ್ಯಾಯಪ್ರಮಾಣವು ನಿನ್ನ ಬಾಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವಂತೆ ಅದು (ಆಚರಣೆಯು) ನಿನ್ನ ಕೈ ಮೇಲೆ ಗುರುತಾಗಿಯೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳ ಮಧ್ಯೆ ಜ್ಞಾಪಕಾರ್ಥವಾಗಿಯೂ ಇರ ಬೇಕು. ಕರ್ತನು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ಬಲವಾದ ಕೈಯಿಂದ ಐಗುಪ್ತದಿಂದ ಹೊರಗೆ ಬರಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾನೆ.
Exodus 6:1
ಕರ್ತನು ಮೋಶೆಗೆ--ನಾನು ಫರೋಹ ನಿಗೆ ಮಾಡುವದನ್ನು ಈಗ ನೀನು ನೋಡುವಿ. ಅವನು ಬಲವಾದ ಹಸ್ತದಿಂದ ಅವರನ್ನು ಹೋಗಗೊಡಿಸಿ ಬಲವಾದ ಹಸ್ತದಿಂದ ಅವನು ಅವ ರನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ದೇಶದೊಳಗಿಂದ ಓಡಿಸುವನು ಅಂದನು.
