Isaiah 63

1 ಎದೋಮಿನಿಂದಲೂ ರಕ್ತಾಂಬರ ಧರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಬೊಚ್ರದಿಂದಲೂ ಬರುವ ಇವನ್ಯಾರು? ಪ್ರಭೆಯುಳ್ಳ ವಸ್ತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ತೊಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡ ವನಾಗಿ ತನ್ನ ಮಹಾಪರಾಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಚಾರ ಮಾಡುವ ಇವನ್ಯಾರು? ನೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡು ವವನೂ ರಕ್ಷಿಸಲು ಬಲಿಷ್ಠನೂ ಆಗಿರುವ ನಾನೇ.

2 ನಿನ್ನ ವಸ್ತ್ರಗಳು ಯಾಕೆ ಕೆಂಪಾದವು? ನಿನ್ನ ಬಟ್ಟೆಗಳು ಯಾಕೆ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷೇಯನ್ನು ತುಳಿಯುವವನ ಹಾಗಿವೆ?

3 ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷೇ ತೊಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ನಾನೊಬ್ಬನೇ ತುಳಿದಿದ್ದೇನೆ, ಜನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬನಾದರೂ ನನ್ನ ಸಂಗಡ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ; ನನ್ನ ಕೋಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ತುಳಿದಿದ್ದೇನೆ, ನನ ಉರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಜಜ್ಜಿಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಆದದರಿಂದ ಅವರ ರಕ್ತವು ನನ್ನ ಬಟ್ಟೆಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಚಿಮುಕಿಸ ಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದೆ, ನನ್ನ ವಸ್ತ್ರಗಳೆಲ್ಲಾ ಮೈಲಿಗೆಯಾದವು.

4 ಮುಯ್ಯಿ ತೀರಿಸುವ ದಿನವು ನನ್ನ ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದೆ; ನಾನು ವಿಮೋಚಿಸಿದವರ ವರುಷವು ಬಂತು.

5 ನಾನು ನೋಡಲು ಸಹಾಯಕರು ಯಾರೂ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ; ಉದ್ಧಾರ ಮಾಡುವವನು ಇಲ್ಲದ್ದರಿಂದ ಆಶ್ಚರ್ಯಪಟ್ಟೆನು; ಆದದರಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ಸ್ವಂತ ಬಾಹುವು ನನಗೆ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯನ್ನುಂಟುಮಾಡಿತು; ನನ್ನ ರೋಷವು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಮೆಲಕ್ಕೆತ್ತಿತು.

6 ನನ್ನ ಕೋಪ ದಲ್ಲಿ ಜನಗಳನ್ನು ತುಳಿದು ಬಿಟ್ಟೆನು; ನನ್ನ ರೋಷ ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಕುಡಿಯುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿದೆನು; ಅವರ ಶಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಭೂಮಿಗೆ ಇಳಿಯುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿದೆನು.

7 ಕರ್ತನು ನಮಗೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೆಲ್ಲಾದರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಕರ್ತನ ಪ್ರೀತಿ ಕೃಪೆಗಳನ್ನೂ ಕರ್ತನ ಸ್ತೋತ್ರಗಳನ್ನೂ ಜ್ಞಾಪಕಪಡಿಸುವೆನು; ಆತನು ತನ್ನ ಅಂತಃಕರುಣೆಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರವೂ ತನ್ನ ಕೃಪೆಯ ಮಹಾ ಒಳ್ಳೇತನದ ಪ್ರಕಾರವೂ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಮನೆಯವರಿಗೆ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಉಪಕಾರ ಮಾಡಿದನಲ್ಲಾ.

8 ಆತನು--ನಿಶ್ಚಯವಾಗಿ ಅವರು ನನ್ನ ಜನರೇ, ಸುಳ್ಳಾಡದ ಮಕ್ಕಳೇ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು; ಆದದರಿಂದ ಅವರಿಗೆ ರಕ್ಷಕನಾಗಿದ್ದನು.

9 ಅವರಿಗೆ ಆದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಶ್ರಮೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆತನಿಗೆ ಶ್ರಮೆ ಆಯಿತು; ಆತನ ಸಮ್ಮುಖದ ದೂತನು ಅವರನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿದನು; ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ತನ್ನ ಕನಿಕರ ದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಆತನೇ ಅವರನ್ನು ವಿಮೋಚಿಸಿದನು; ಪೂರ್ವಕಾಲದ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲೆಲ್ಲಾ ಅವರನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿಕೊಂಡು ಹೊತ್ತುಕೊಂಡನು.

10 ಆದರೆ ಅವರು ತಿರುಗಿ ಬಿದ್ದು, ಆತನ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧಾತ್ಮನನ್ನು ದುಃಖಪಡಿಸಿದರು; ಆದ ದರಿಂದ ಆತನು ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಂಡು, ಅವರಿಗೆ ಶತ್ರು ವಾದನು; ಆತನೇ ಅವರಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಯುದ್ಧ ಮಾಡಿದನು.

11 ಆಗ ಆತನು ಪೂರ್ವಕಾಲದ ದಿನ ಗಳನ್ನು ಮೋಶೆಯನ್ನೂ ತನ್ನ ಜನರನ್ನೂ ಜ್ಞಾಪಕ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು--ಅವರನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ಮಂದೆಯ ಕುರುಬನ ಸಂಗಡ ಸಮುದ್ರದೊಳಗಿಂದ ಏರ ಮಾಡಿದವನು ಎಲ್ಲಿ? ಅವನ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧಾತ್ಮನನ್ನು ಇಟ್ಟವನು ಎಲ್ಲಿ?

12 ಮೋಶೆಯ ಬಲಗೈಯ ಮುಖಾಂ ತರ, ತನ್ನ ಮಹಿಮೆಯುಳ್ಳ ತೋಳಿನಿಂದ ಅವರನ್ನು ನಡಿಸಿದವನೂ ತನಗೆ ನಿತ್ಯವಾದ ಹೆಸರನ್ನುಂಟು ಮಾಡುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಅವರ ಮುಂದೆ ನೀರುಗಳನ್ನು ಭೇದಿಸಿದವನು ಎಲ್ಲಿ?

13 ಅಡವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕುದುರೆಯಂತೆ ಅಗಾಧಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಎಡವದ ಹಾಗೆ ನಡಿಸಿ ದವನು ಎಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂದನು.

14 ಪಶುವು ತಗ್ಗಿಗೆ ಇಳಿ ಯುವ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಕರ್ತನ ಆತ್ಮನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ವಿಶ್ರಾಂತಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟನು; ಈ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನೀನು ನಿನಗೆ ಮಹಿಮೆ ಯುಳ್ಳ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಉಂಟು ಮಾಡುವ ಹಾಗೆ, ನಿನ್ನ ಜನರನ್ನು ನಡಿಸಿದಿ.

15 ಆಕಾಶದಿಂದ, ನಿನ್ನ ಪರಿ ಶುದ್ಧ ಮಹಿಮೆಯ ನಿವಾಸದಿಂದ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿನೋಡು; ನಿನ್ನ ಆಸಕ್ತಿಯೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಪರಾಕ್ರಮವೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಕರುಳುಗಳ ಘೋಷವೂ ನನ್ನ ವಿಷಯವಾದ ನಿನ್ನ ಕರುಣೆಗಳೂ ಎಲ್ಲಿ? ಬಿಗಿ ಹಿಡುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೀಯೋ?

16 ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮನು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಯದಿದ್ದರೂ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲನು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸದಿದ್ದರೂ ನಿಸ್ಸಂದೇಹವಾಗಿ ನೀನೇ ನಮ್ಮ ತಂದೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದೀ; ಕರ್ತನಾದ ನೀನೇ ನಮ್ಮ ತಂದೆಯು, ನಮ್ಮ ವಿಮೋಚಕನು; ನಿನ್ನ ಹೆಸರು ಸದಾಕಾಲವೂ ಇದೆ.

17 ಓ ಕರ್ತನೇ, ಏಕೆ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ಮಾರ್ಗಗ ಳಿಂದ ತಪ್ಪಿಹೋಗುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೀ. ಏಕೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಹೃದಯವನ್ನು ನಿನಗೆ ಭಯಪಡದ ಹಾಗೆ ಕಠಿಣ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೀ. ನಿನ್ನ ಸೇವಕರಿಗೋಸ್ಕರವೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಬಾಧ್ಯತೆಯ ಗೋತ್ರಗಳಿಗೋಸ್ಕರವೂ ಹಿಂತಿರುಗು.

18 ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಕಾಲ ಮಾತ್ರ ನಿನ್ನ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಜನರು ಅದನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಧೀನ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡರು; ನಮ್ಮ ಶತ್ರು ಗಳು ನಿನ್ನ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಸ್ಥಳವನ್ನು ತುಳಿದುಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

19 ನಾವು ನಿನ್ನವರಾಗಿದ್ದೇವೆ; ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ನೀನು ದೊರೆತನ ಮಾಡಲಿಲ್ಲ; ಅವರು ನಿನ್ನ ಹೆಸರಿನಿಂದ ಕರೆಯಲ್ಪಡಲಿಲ್ಲ.

1 Who is this that cometh from Edom, with dyed garments from Bozrah? this that is glorious in his apparel, travelling in the greatness of his strength? I that speak in righteousness, mighty to save.

2 Wherefore art thou red in thine apparel, and thy garments like him that treadeth in the winefat?

3 I have trodden the winepress alone; and of the people there was none with me: for I will tread them in mine anger, and trample them in my fury; and their blood shall be sprinkled upon my garments, and I will stain all my raiment.

4 For the day of vengeance is in mine heart, and the year of my redeemed is come.

5 And I looked, and there was none to help; and I wondered that there was none to uphold: therefore mine own arm brought salvation unto me; and my fury, it upheld me.

6 And I will tread down the people in mine anger, and make them drunk in my fury, and I will bring down their strength to the earth.

7 I will mention the lovingkindnesses of the Lord, and the praises of the Lord, according to all that the Lord hath bestowed on us, and the great goodness toward the house of Israel, which he hath bestowed on them according to his mercies, and according to the multitude of his lovingkindnesses.

8 For he said, Surely they are my people, children that will not lie: so he was their Saviour.

9 In all their affliction he was afflicted, and the angel of his presence saved them: in his love and in his pity he redeemed them; and he bare them, and carried them all the days of old.

10 But they rebelled, and vexed his holy Spirit: therefore he was turned to be their enemy, and he fought against them.

11 Then he remembered the days of old, Moses, and his people, saying, Where is he that brought them up out of the sea with the shepherd of his flock? where is he that put his holy Spirit within him?

12 That led them by the right hand of Moses with his glorious arm, dividing the water before them, to make himself an everlasting name?

13 That led them through the deep, as an horse in the wilderness, that they should not stumble?

14 As a beast goeth down into the valley, the Spirit of the Lord caused him to rest: so didst thou lead thy people, to make thyself a glorious name.

15 Look down from heaven, and behold from the habitation of thy holiness and of thy glory: where is thy zeal and thy strength, the sounding of thy bowels and of thy mercies toward me? are they restrained?

16 Doubtless thou art our father, though Abraham be ignorant of us, and Israel acknowledge us not: thou, O Lord, art our father, our redeemer; thy name is from everlasting.

17 O Lord, why hast thou made us to err from thy ways, and hardened our heart from thy fear? Return for thy servants’ sake, the tribes of thine inheritance.

18 The people of thy holiness have possessed it but a little while: our adversaries have trodden down thy sanctuary.

19 We are thine: thou never barest rule over them; they were not called by thy name.

1 ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಆಳುವವನಿಗೆ ಕುರಿಮರಿಯನ್ನು ಸೆಲದಿಂದ ಅರಣ್ಯದ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಚೀಯೋನಿನ ಕುಮಾರ್ತೆಯರ ಬೆಟ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿರಿ.
Send ye the lamb to the ruler of the land from Sela to the wilderness, unto the mount of the daughter of Zion.

2 ಗೂಡಿನಿಂದ ಹೊರಗೆ ಬಂದ ಹಕ್ಕಿಗಳು ಅಲೆದಾಡುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಮೋವಾಬಿನ ಕುಮಾರ್ತೆಯರು ಅರ್ನೋನ್‌ ನದಿಯ ಹಾಯ್ಗಡಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವರು.
For it shall be, that, as a wandering bird cast out of the nest, so the daughters of Moab shall be at the fords of Arnon.

3 ಆಲೋಚಿಸಿ ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸು; ಮಟ್ಟ ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನ್ನ ನೆರಳನ್ನು ರಾತ್ರಿಯಂತೆ ಮಾಡು; ತಳ್ಳಿಬಿಟ್ಟವ ರನ್ನು ಅಡಗಿಸು; ಅಲೆಯುವವನನ್ನು ಬೈಲಿಗೆ ತರಬೇಡ.
Take counsel, execute judgment; make thy shadow as the night in the midst of the noonday; hide the outcasts; bewray not him that wandereth.

4 ಮೋವಾಬೇ, ನನ್ನಿಂದ ತಳ್ಳಿಬಿಟ್ಟವರು ನಿನ್ನೊಂದಿಗೆ ವಾಸಿಸಲಿ; ಹಾಳುಮಾಡುವವರ ಮುಖಗಳಿಂದ ಅವ ರಿಗೆ ಮರೆಯಾಗಿರು: ಹಿಂಸಿಸುವದು ಮುಗಿಯುತ್ತಾ ಬಂತು, ಸೂರೆಮಾಡುವದು ನಿಲ್ಲುವದು. ಪೀಡಿಸು ವವರು ದೇಶದಿಂದ ದಹಿಸಲ್ಪಡುವರು.
Let mine outcasts dwell with thee, Moab; be thou a covert to them from the face of the spoiler: for the extortioner is at an end, the spoiler ceaseth, the oppressors are consumed out of the land.

5 ಕರುಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಂಹಾಸನವು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲ್ಪಡುವದು; ನ್ಯಾಯತೀರಿಸು ವವನೂ ನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕುವವನೂ ನೀತಿಗೋ ಸ್ಕರ ತ್ವರೆಪಡುವವನೂ ದಾವೀದನ ಗುಡಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅದರ ಮೇಲೆ ಸತ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂತುಕೊಳ್ಳುವನು.
And in mercy shall the throne be established: and he shall sit upon it in truth in the tabernacle of David, judging, and seeking judgment, and hasting righteousness.

6 ಮೋವಾಬಿನ ಗರ್ವವನ್ನು ನಾವು ಕೇಳಿದ್ದೇವೆ; ಅವನಿಗೆ ಬಹಳ ಗರ್ವವುಂಟು, ಅಹಂಕಾರವು, ಗರ್ವ ವು ಕೋಪವು ಸಹ ಉಂಟು; ಆದರೆ ಅವನು ಕೊಚ್ಚಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳುವದು ವ್ಯರ್ಥ.
We have heard of the pride of Moab; he is very proud: even of his haughtiness, and his pride, and his wrath: but his lies shall not be so.

7 ಆದದರಿಂದ ಮೋವಾಬಿನ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ಮೋವಾಬೇ ಗೋಳಾಡುವದು, ಪ್ರತಿಯೊ ಬ್ಬನೂ ಗೋಳಾಡುವನು; ಕೀರ್‌ ಹರೆಷೆಥಿನ ಅಸ್ತಿವಾರ ಗಳಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ನೀವು ದುಃಖಿಸುವಿರಿ; ನಿಜವಾಗಿಯೂ ಅವರು ನೊಂದುಹೋಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
Therefore shall Moab howl for Moab, every one shall howl: for the foundations of Kir-hareseth shall ye mourn; surely they are stricken.

8 ಹೆಷ್ಬೋನಿನ ಹೊಲ ಗಳೂ, ಸಿಬ್ಮದ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷೆಯೂ ನಿಸ್ಸಾರವಾಗಿವೆ; ಅನ್ಯ ಜನಗಳ ಪ್ರಭುಗಳು ಅದರ ಮುಖ್ಯವಾದ ಗಿಡಗಳನ್ನು ಮುರಿದುಹಾಕಿದ್ದಾರೆ; ಅವರು ಯಜ್ಜೇರಿನ ವರೆಗೂ ಬಂದರು; ಅಡವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಸಂಚರಿಸಿದರು. ಅವಳ ಕೊಂಬೆಗಳು ಚಾಚಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವು ಅವರು ಸಮುದ್ರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಹೋದರು.
For the fields of Heshbon languish, and the vine of Sibmah: the lords of the heathen have broken down the principal plants thereof, they are come even unto Jazer, they wandered through the wilderness: her branches are stretched out, they are gone over the sea.

9 ಆದಕಾರಣ ಸಿಬ್ಮದ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಾ ಲತೆಯ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ಯಜ್ಜೇರಿನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅಳುವೆನು; ಓ ಹೆಷ್ಬೋನೇ, ಎಲೆಯಾಲೇ, ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ನನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣೀರಿ ನಿಂದ ತೋಯಿಸುವೆನು; ಬಿದ್ದುಹೋದ ನಿನ್ನ ಬೇಸಿ ಗೆಯ ಫಲಗಳಿಗೂ ಬೆಳೆಗಳಿಗೂ ಆರ್ಭಟಿಸುವರು.
Therefore I will bewail with the weeping of Jazer the vine of Sibmah: I will water thee with my tears, O Heshbon, and Elealeh: for the shouting for thy summer fruits and for thy harvest is fallen.

10 ಸಮೃದ್ಧಿಯಾದ ಹೊಲಗಳಿಂದ ಸಂತೋಷವು ಮತ್ತು ಆನಂದವು ತೆಗೆಯಲ್ಪಡುವವು; ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷೇತೋಟಗ ಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೀರ್ತನೆಗಳಾಗಲಿ ಆರ್ಭಟವಾಗಲಿ ಇರುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷೇತೋಟಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇನ್ನು ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಾರಸವನ್ನು ತುಳಿದು ತೆಗೆಯುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ಅವರ ಕೂಗಾಟವನ್ನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿಬಿಟ್ಟಿ ದ್ದೇನೆ.
And gladness is taken away, and joy out of the plentiful field; and in the vineyards there shall be no singing, neither shall there be shouting: the treaders shall tread out no wine in their presses; I have made their vintage shouting to cease.

11 ಆದದರಿಂದ ಮೋವಾಬಿನ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ನನ್ನ ಕರುಳುಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕೀರ್‌ ಹರೇಷೆಥಿನ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ನನ್ನ ಅಂತರಿಂದ್ರಿಯಗಳು ಕಿನ್ನರಿಯಂತೆ ಸ್ವರಗೈಯುವವು.
Wherefore my bowels shall sound like an harp for Moab, and mine inward parts for Kir-haresh.

12 ಹೀಗಿರುವಲ್ಲಿ ಮೋವಾಬು ಉನ್ನತ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯಾಸಗೊಂಡಂತೆ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಗಾಗಿ ಬಂದರೂ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಸಫಲವಾಗದು.
And it shall come to pass, when it is seen that Moab is weary on the high place, that he shall come to his sanctuary to pray; but he shall not prevail.

13 ಕರ್ತನು ಮೋವಾಬಿನ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ಹಿಂದೆ ನುಡಿದ ಮಾತು ಇದೇ.
This is the word that the Lord hath spoken concerning Moab since that time.

14 ಆದರೆ ಕರ್ತನು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ--ಮೂರು ವರುಷ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂಲಿಯಾಳಿನ ವರುಷಗಳಂತೆ ಮೋವಾಬಿನ ಮಹಿಮೆಯು ಆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಸಮೂಹದೊಂದಿಗೆ ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಲ್ಪಡುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಉಳಿದವರು ಚಿಕ್ಕ ಗುಂಪಾಗಿ ಬಲಹೀನರಾಗುವರು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾನೆ.
But now the Lord hath spoken, saying, Within three years, as the years of an hireling, and the glory of Moab shall be contemned, with all that great multitude; and the remnant shall be very small and feeble.
