ಆಗ ರಬ್ಷಾಕನು ನಿಂತುಕೊಂಡು ಯೆಹೂ ದ್ಯರ ಭಾಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗಟ್ಟಿಯಾದ ಶಬ್ದದಿಂದ ಕೂಗಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ--ಅಶ್ಶೂರಿನ ಅರಸನಾದ ಮಹಾ ರಾಜನ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿರಿ.
