ಅವರು ಒಬ್ಬ ವಿಧವೆ ಯನ್ನಾಗಲಿ, ಹೊರಗೆ ಹಾಕಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವಳನ್ನಾಗಲಿ, ಹೆಂಡತಿ ಯನ್ನಾಗಲು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಬಾರದು ಆದರೆ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಮನೆತನದ ಸಂತಾನದವರಾದ ಕನ್ಯೆಯರನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದು ಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು. ಅಥವಾ ಯಾಜಕನಿಂದ ವಿಧವೆಯಾಗಿ ರುವವಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು.
