ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ--ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳಿಲ್ಲದ ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಹಾಗೆ ಹಾಳಾದ ಪಟ್ಟಣವಾಗಿ ಮಾಡುವಾಗ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ನೀರು ಮುಚ್ಚುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಅಗಾಧವನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ಬರ ಮಾಡುವೆನು.
