Exodus 29
1 ಅವರು ನನಗೆ ಯಾಜಕ ಸೇವೆಮಾಡು ವಂತೆ ಅವರನ್ನು ಶುದ್ಧಮಾಡುವ ಹಾಗೆ ನೀನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾದದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ--ಒಂದು ಹೋರಿಯನ್ನೂ ದೋಷವಿಲ್ಲದ ಎರಡು ಟಗರುಗಳನೂ
2 ವಂತೆ ಅವರನ್ನು ಶುದ್ಧಮಾಡುವ ಹಾಗೆ ನೀನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾದದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ--ಒಂದು ಹೋರಿಯನ್ನೂ ದೋಷವಿಲ್ಲದ ಎರಡು ಟಗರುಗಳನೂ
3 ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ಒಂದೇ ಪುಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇಟ್ಟು ಕೊಂಡು ಹೋರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಎರಡು ಟಗರುಗಳ ಸಂಗಡ ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ಬರಬೇಕು.
4 ಆರೋನನನ್ನೂ ಅವನ ಕುಮಾರರನ್ನೂ ಸಭೆಯ ಗುಡಾರದ ಬಾಗಲಿನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ತಂದು ನೀರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ತೊಳೆಯಬೇಕು.
5 ತರು ವಾಯ ಆ ವಸ್ತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ಆರೋನನಿಗೆ ಅಂಗಿಯನ್ನೂ ಎಫೋದಿನ ನಿಲುವಂಗಿಯನ್ನೂ ಎಫೋ ದನ್ನೂ ಎದೆಪದಕವನ್ನೂ ತೊಡಿಸಿ ಎಫೋದಿನ ವಿಚಿತ್ರ ವಾದ ನಡುಕಟ್ಟನ್ನು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಕಟ್ಟಿ
6 ಅವನ ತಲೆಗೆ ಮುಂಡಾಸವನ್ನು ಇಟ್ಟು ಮುಂಡಾಸದ ಮೇಲೆ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಕಿರೀಟವನ್ನು ಇಟ್ಟು
7 ಅಭಿಷೇಕಿಸುವ ಎಣ್ಣೆಯನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದು ಕೊಂಡು ಅವನ ತಲೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಹೊಯ್ದು ಅವನನ್ನು ಅಭಿಷೇಕಿಸಬೇಕು.
8 ನೀನು ಅವನ ಕುಮಾರರನ್ನು ಕರಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮೇಲಂಗಿಗಳನ್ನು ತೊಡಿಸಿ
9 ಆರೋನನಿಗೂ ಅವನ ಕುಮಾರರಿಗೂ ನಡುಕಟ್ಟುಗಳನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕುಲಾಯಿಗಳನ್ನು ಇಡಬೇಕು. ಹೀಗೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಯಾಜಕ ಸೇವೆಯು ಶಾಶ್ವತ ಕಟ್ಟಳೆಯಾಗಿರುವದು. ಆರೋನ ನನ್ನೂ ಅವನ ಕುಮಾರರನ್ನೂ ನೀನು ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.
10 ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಆ ಹೋರಿಯನ್ನು ಸಭೆಯ ಗುಡಾರದ ಮುಂದೆ ತರಬೇಕು. ಆರೋನನೂ ಅವನ ಕುಮಾರರೂ ಹೋರಿಯ ತಲೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಕೈಗಳನ್ನು ಇಡಬೇಕು.
11 ತರುವಾಯ ನೀನು ಆ ಹೋರಿಯನ್ನು ಕರ್ತನ ಮುಂದೆ ಸಭೆಯ ಗುಡಾರದ ಬಾಗಲಲ್ಲಿ ವಧಿಸಬೇಕು.
12 ನೀನು ಹೋರಿಯ ರಕ್ತವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ನಿನ್ನ ಬೆರಳಿನಿಂದ ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಯ ಕೊಂಬುಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಚ್ಚಿ ರಕ್ತವನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಯ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸುರಿಯಬೇಕು.
13 ನೀನು ಕರುಳುಗಳನ್ನೂ ಅವುಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಇರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕೊಬ್ಬನ್ನೂ ಕಲಿಜದ ಮೇಲೆ ಬರುವ ಕೊಬ್ಬನ್ನೂ ಎರಡು ಮೂತ್ರಜನಕಾಂಗಗಳನ್ನೂ ಅವುಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಇರುವ ಕೊಬ್ಬನ್ನೂ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಸುಡಬೇಕು.
14 ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಹೋರಿಯ ಮಾಂಸ ವನ್ನೂ ಅದರ ಚರ್ಮವನ್ನೂ ಸಗಣಿಯನ್ನೂ ಪಾಳೆಯದ ಹೊರಗೆ ಬೆಂಕಿಯಿಂದ ಸುಡಬೇಕು. ಅದು ಪಾಪದ ಬಲಿಯಾಗಿದೆ.
15 ನೀನು ಒಂದು ಟಗರನ್ನು ಸಹ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳ ಬೇಕು. ಆರೋನನೂ ಅವನ ಕುಮಾರರೂ ಆ ಟಗರಿನ ತಲೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಕೈಗಳನ್ನು ಇಡಬೇಕು.
16 ತರು ವಾಯ ಆ ಟಗರನ್ನು ನೀನು ವಧಿಸಿ ಅದರ ರಕ್ತವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ಚಿಮುಕಿಸಬೇಕು.
17 ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಆ ಟಗರನ್ನು ತುಂಡು ತುಂಡಾಗಿ ಕಡಿದು ಅದರ ಕರುಳುಗಳನ್ನೂ ಕಾಲುಗಳನ್ನೂ ತೊಳೆದು ಅದರ ತುಂಡುಗಳನ್ನು ತಲೆಯ ಸಂಗಡ ಇಡಬೇಕು.
18 ಆ ಟಗರನ್ನು ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಸುಡಬೇಕು, ಅದು ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ದಹನಬಲಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಅದು ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಸುವಾಸನೆಯ ದಹನಬಲಿಯಾಗಿದೆ.
19 ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಟಗರನ್ನು ನೀನು ತಂದಾಗ ಆರೋ ನನೂ ಅವನ ಕುಮಾರರೂ ಟಗರಿನ ತಲೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಕೈಗಳನ್ನು ಇಡಬೇಕು.
20 ತರುವಾಯ ನೀನು ಅದನ್ನು ವಧಿಸಿ ಅದರ ರಕ್ತವನ್ನು ಆರೋನನ ಮತ್ತು ಅವನ ಕುಮಾರರ ಬಲ ಕಿವಿಯ ತುದಿಗೂ ಬಲಗೈಯ ಹೆಬ್ಬೆರಳಿಗೂ ಬಲಗಾಲಿನ ಹೆಬ್ಬೆರಳಿಗೂ ಹಚ್ಚಿ ಮಿಕ್ಕ ರಕ್ತವನ್ನು ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಯ ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ಚಿಮುಕಿಸಬೇಕು.
21 ಆರೋನನೂ ಅವನ ವಸ್ತ್ರಗಳೂ ಅವನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅವನ ಕುಮಾರರೂ ಅವರ ವಸ್ತ್ರಗಳೂ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ವಾಗುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಯ ಮೇಲಿರುವ ರಕ್ತವನ್ನೂ ಅಭಿಷೇಕ ತೈಲವನ್ನೂ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಆರೋನನ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಅವನ ವಸ್ತ್ರಗಳ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಅವನ ಕುಮಾರರ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಅವರ ವಸ್ತ್ರಗಳ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ನೀನು ಚಿಮುಕಿಸಬೇಕು.
22 ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಆ ಟಗರಿನ ಕೊಬ್ಬನ್ನೂ ಬಾಲವನ್ನೂ ಕರುಳುಗಳ ಮೇಲಿರುವ ಕೊಬ್ಬನ್ನೂ ಕಲಿಜದ ಮೇಲಿ ರುವ ಪರೆಯನ್ನೂ ಮೂತ್ರಜನಕಾಂಗಗಳನ್ನೂ ಅವು ಗಳ ಮೇಲಿರುವ ಕೊಬ್ಬನ್ನೂ ಬಲ ತೊಡೆಯನ್ನೂ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಅದು ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠೆಯ ಟಗರು.
23 ಕರ್ತನ ಮುಂದಿರುವ ಹುಳಿಯಿಲ್ಲದ ರೊಟ್ಟಿಯ ಪುಟ್ಟಿಯೊಳಗಿಂದ ಒಂದು ರೊಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನೂ ಎಣ್ಣೆಯ ಒಂದು ಹೋಳಿಗೆಯನ್ನೂ ಒಂದು ಪೂರಿ ಯನ್ನೂ
24 ನೀನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಆರೋನನ ಮತ್ತು ಅವನ ಕುಮಾರರ ಕೈಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟು ಅವರು ಕರ್ತನ ಮುಂದೆ ಅದನ್ನು ತೂಗು ಅರ್ಪಣೆಗಾಗಿ ತೂಗಬೇಕು.
25 ನೀನು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಅವರ ಕೈಯಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ದಹನಬಲಿ ಯಾಗಿ ಕರ್ತನ ಮುಂದೆ ಸುವಾಸನೆಗೋಸ್ಕರ ದಹಿಸ ಬೇಕು. ಅದು ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಬೆಂಕಿಯಿಂದ ಮಾಡಿದ ಅರ್ಪಣೆ.
26 ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಆರೋನನು ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠೆಯ ಟಗರಿನ ಎದೆಯ ಭಾಗವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಕರ್ತನ ಮುಂದೆ ತೂಗು ಅರ್ಪಣೆಗಾಗಿ ತೂಗಬೇಕು. ಅದು ನಿನ್ನ ಪಾಲಾಗಿರುವದು.
27 ನೀನು ಟಗರಿನ ಎದೆಯ ಭಾಗದ ಆಡಿಸುವ ಅರ್ಪಣೆಯನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿದ ಬಲದ ಮುಂದೊ ಡೆಯನ್ನು ಆರೋನನ ಮತ್ತು ಅವನ ಕುಮಾರರ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠೆಗಾಗಿ ಎತ್ತಿದ್ದನ್ನೂ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಮಾಡು.
28 ಅದು ಆರೋನನಿಗೂ ಅವನ ಕುಮಾರರಿಗೂ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ನಿತ್ಯ ಕಟ್ಟಳೆಯಾಗಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಅದು ಎತ್ತುವ ಅರ್ಪಣೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಂದ ಎತ್ತುವ ಅರ್ಪಣೆಯೂ ಅವರ ಸಮಾ ಧಾನದ ಬಲಿಗಳ ಅರ್ಪಣೆಗಳಿಂದ ಅವರು ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಎತ್ತುವ ಅರ್ಪಣೆಯೂ ಆಗಿರಬೇಕು.
29 ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಆರೋನನಿಗೆ ಇದ್ದ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ವಸ್ತ್ರಗಳು ಅವನ ತರುವಾಯ ಅವನ ಕುಮಾರರಿಗೆ ಆಗಬೇಕು. ಅವರು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ತೊಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಅಭಿಷೇಕಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟು ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಿಸಲ್ಪಡಬೇಕು.
30 ಅವನ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಅವನ ಮಗನು ಯಾಜಕತ್ವವನ್ನು ನಡಿಸಿ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇವೆಮಾಡುವಂತೆ ಬರುವದಕ್ಕಿರುವವನು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಏಳು ದಿನಗಳ ವರೆಗೆ ತೊಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.
31 ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠೆಯ ಟಗರನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ನೀನು ಅದರ ಮಾಂಸವನ್ನು ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೇಯಿಸು.
32 ಆರೋನನೂ ಅವನ ಕುಮಾರರೂ ಟಗರಿನ ಮಾಂಸ ವನ್ನೂ ಪುಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ರೊಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನೂ ಸಭೆಯ ಗುಡಾ ರದ ಬಾಗಲಿನ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಊಟಮಾಡಬೇಕು.
33 ಅವ ರನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠೆಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕೋಸ್ಕರ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕೋಸ್ಕರ ಅವರಿಗಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಾಯಶ್ಚಿತ್ತ ಮಾಡಿ ದವುಗಳನ್ನು ಅವರೇ ಊಟಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಅನ್ಯರು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಉಣ್ಣಬಾರದು, ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಅವುಗಳು ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧವಾದವುಗಳು.
34 ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠೆಯ ಮಾಂಸದ ಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ರೊಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಮರುದಿನದ ವರೆಗೆ ಏನಾದರೂ ಮಿಕ್ಕಿದ್ದರೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಬೆಂಕಿಯಿಂದ ಸುಡ ಬೇಕು. ಅದು ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧವಾಗಿರುವದರಿಂದ ಅದನ್ನು ಊಟ ಮಾಡಬಾರದು.
35 ಹೀಗೆ ಆರೋನನಿಗೂ ಅವನ ಕುಮಾರರಿಗೂ ನಾನು ನಿನಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದ ಎಲ್ಲವುಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನಡಿಸಿ ಏಳು ದಿವಸ ಅವರನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠೆಮಾಡಬೇಕು.
36 ಪಾಪದ ಯಜ್ಞವಾದ ಹೋರಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ ಪ್ರಾಯಶ್ಚಿತ್ತಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ತಂದು ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಗಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಾಯ ಶ್ಚಿತ್ತ ಮಾಡಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅದರ ದೋಷವನ್ನು ಪರಿ ಹರಿಸಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಪವಿತ್ರಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಅಭಿಷೇಕಿಸಬೇಕು.
37 ಏಳು ದಿವಸ ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಪ್ರಾಯಶ್ಚಿತ್ತ ಮಾಡಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಪವಿತ್ರಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಆಗ ಯಜ್ಞ ವೇದಿಯು ಅತಿಪರಿಶುದ್ಧವಾಗಿರುವದು. ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿ ಯನ್ನು ಮುಟ್ಟುವದೆಲ್ಲಾ ಪವಿತ್ರವಾಗಿರಬೇಕು.
38 ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ನೀನು ಅರ್ಪಿಸ ಬೇಕಾದದ್ದು ಇದೇ; ಒಂದು ವರುಷದ ಎರಡು ಕುರಿಮರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ ಬಿಡದೆ ಅರ್ಪಿಸಬೇಕು.
39 ಒಂದು ಕುರಿಮರಿಯನ್ನು ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ ಅರ್ಪಿಸಬೇಕು, ಮತ್ತೊಂದನ್ನು ಸಾಯಂಕಾಲ ಅರ್ಪಿಸಬೇಕು.
40 ಹಿನ್ನಿನ ನಾಲ್ಕನೆಯ ಒಂದು ಪಾಲಿನಷ್ಟು ಹಿಂಡಿದ ಎಣ್ಣೆ ಹೊಯಿದ ನಯವಾದ ಹಿಟ್ಟಿನ ಹತ್ತನೆಯ ಪಾಲೂ ಹಿನ್ನಿನ ನಾಲ್ಕನೆಯ ಪಾಲಿನಷ್ಟು ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಾರಸದ ಪಾನ ದರ್ಪಣೆಯೂ ಒಂದು ಕುರಿಮರಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಪಿಸ ಬೇಕು.
41 ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಕುರಿಮರಿಯನ್ನು ಸಾಯಂಕಾಲ ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಪಿಸಬೇಕು. ಉದಯದ ಆಹಾರ ಕಾಣಿಕೆ ಯಂತೆಯೂ ಅದರ ಪಾನದರ್ಪಣೆಯಂತೆಯೂ ಇದಕ್ಕೂ ಮಾಡಿ ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಸುವಾಸನೆಯಾಗಿರುವಂತೆ ಬೆಂಕಿಯಿಂದ ಅರ್ಪಿಸಬೇಕು.
42 ಇದು ತಲತಲಾಂತರಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ನಿತ್ಯಕ್ಕೂ ಸಭೆಯ ಗುಡಾರದ ಮುಂದೆ ಕರ್ತನ ಸನ್ನಿಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತನಾಡುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಧಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಇದೇ ನಿತ್ಯವಾದ ದಹನಬಲಿಯಾಗಿರುವದು.
43 ಅಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಸಂಧಿಸುವೆನು. ಗುಡಾರವು ನನ್ನ ಮಹಿಮೆಯಿಂದ ಪವಿತ್ರವಾಗುವದು.
44 ಸಭೆಯ ಗುಡಾರವನ್ನೂ ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಯನ್ನೂ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧಮಾಡುವೆನು. ಆರೋನನನ್ನೂ ಅವನ ಕುಮಾರರನ್ನೂ ನನಗೆ ಯಾಜಕ ಸೇವೆಮಾಡುವಂತೆ ಪವಿತ್ರಮಾಡುವೆನು.
45 ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಮಧ್ಯ ದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ವಾಸಮಾಡಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ದೇವರಾಗಿರುವೆನು.
46 ಅವರ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ವಾಸವಾಗಿರುವದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಐಗುಪ್ತದೇಶದೊಳಗಿಂದ ಹೊರಗೆ ಬರ ಮಾಡಿದ ಅವರ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ನಾನೇ ಎಂದು ಅವರಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಯುವದು. ನಾನೇ ಅವರ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು.
1 And this is the thing that thou shalt do unto them to hallow them, to minister unto me in the priest’s office: Take one young bullock, and two rams without blemish,
2 And unleavened bread, and cakes unleavened tempered with oil, and wafers unleavened anointed with oil: of wheaten flour shalt thou make them.
3 And thou shalt put them into one basket, and bring them in the basket, with the bullock and the two rams.
4 And Aaron and his sons thou shalt bring unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, and shalt wash them with water.
5 And thou shalt take the garments, and put upon Aaron the coat, and the robe of the ephod, and the ephod, and the breastplate, and gird him with the curious girdle of the ephod:
6 And thou shalt put the mitre upon his head, and put the holy crown upon the mitre.
7 Then shalt thou take the anointing oil, and pour it upon his head, and anoint him.
8 And thou shalt bring his sons, and put coats upon them.
9 And thou shalt gird them with girdles, Aaron and his sons, and put the bonnets on them: and the priest’s office shall be theirs for a perpetual statute: and thou shalt consecrate Aaron and his sons.
10 And thou shalt cause a bullock to be brought before the tabernacle of the congregation: and Aaron and his sons shall put their hands upon the head of the bullock.
11 And thou shalt kill the bullock before the Lord, by the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
12 And thou shalt take of the blood of the bullock, and put it upon the horns of the altar with thy finger, and pour all the blood beside the bottom of the altar.
13 And thou shalt take all the fat that covereth the inwards, and the caul that is above the liver, and the two kidneys, and the fat that is upon them, and burn them upon the altar.
14 But the flesh of the bullock, and his skin, and his dung, shalt thou burn with fire without the camp: it is a sin offering.
15 Thou shalt also take one ram; and Aaron and his sons shall put their hands upon the head of the ram.
16 And thou shalt slay the ram, and thou shalt take his blood, and sprinkle it round about upon the altar.
17 And thou shalt cut the ram in pieces, and wash the inwards of him, and his legs, and put them unto his pieces, and unto his head.
18 And thou shalt burn the whole ram upon the altar: it is a burnt offering unto the Lord: it is a sweet savour, an offering made by fire unto the Lord.
19 And thou shalt take the other ram; and Aaron and his sons shall put their hands upon the head of the ram.
20 Then shalt thou kill the ram, and take of his blood, and put it upon the tip of the right ear of Aaron, and upon the tip of the right ear of his sons, and upon the thumb of their right hand, and upon the great toe of their right foot, and sprinkle the blood upon the altar round about.
21 And thou shalt take of the blood that is upon the altar, and of the anointing oil, and sprinkle it upon Aaron, and upon his garments, and upon his sons, and upon the garments of his sons with him: and he shall be hallowed, and his garments, and his sons, and his sons’ garments with him.
22 Also thou shalt take of the ram the fat and the rump, and the fat that covereth the inwards, and the caul above the liver, and the two kidneys, and the fat that is upon them, and the right shoulder; for it is a ram of consecration:
23 And one loaf of bread, and one cake of oiled bread, and one wafer out of the basket of the unleavened bread that is before the Lord:
24 And thou shalt put all in the hands of Aaron, and in the hands of his sons; and shalt wave them for a wave offering before the Lord.
25 And thou shalt receive them of their hands, and burn them upon the altar for a burnt offering, for a sweet savour before the Lord: it is an offering made by fire unto the Lord.
26 And thou shalt take the breast of the ram of Aaron’s consecration, and wave it for a wave offering before the Lord: and it shall be thy part.
27 And thou shalt sanctify the breast of the wave offering, and the shoulder of the heave offering, which is waved, and which is heaved up, of the ram of the consecration, even of that which is for Aaron, and of that which is for his sons:
28 And it shall be Aaron’s and his sons’ by a statute for ever from the children of Israel: for it is an heave offering: and it shall be an heave offering from the children of Israel of the sacrifice of their peace offerings, even their heave offering unto the Lord.
29 And the holy garments of Aaron shall be his sons’ after him, to be anointed therein, and to be consecrated in them.
30 And that son that is priest in his stead shall put them on seven days, when he cometh into the tabernacle of the congregation to minister in the holy place.
31 And thou shalt take the ram of the consecration, and seethe his flesh in the holy place.
32 And Aaron and his sons shall eat the flesh of the ram, and the bread that is in the basket, by the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
33 And they shall eat those things wherewith the atonement was made, to consecrate and to sanctify them: but a stranger shall not eat thereof, because they are holy.
34 And if ought of the flesh of the consecrations, or of the bread, remain unto the morning, then thou shalt burn the remainder with fire: it shall not be eaten, because it is holy.
35 And thus shalt thou do unto Aaron, and to his sons, according to all things which I have commanded thee: seven days shalt thou consecrate them.
36 And thou shalt offer every day a bullock for a sin offering for atonement: and thou shalt cleanse the altar, when thou hast made an atonement for it, and thou shalt anoint it, to sanctify it.
37 Seven days thou shalt make an atonement for the altar, and sanctify it; and it shall be an altar most holy: whatsoever toucheth the altar shall be holy.
38 Now this is that which thou shalt offer upon the altar; two lambs of the first year day by day continually.
39 The one lamb thou shalt offer in the morning; and the other lamb thou shalt offer at even:
40 And with the one lamb a tenth deal of flour mingled with the fourth part of an hin of beaten oil; and the fourth part of an hin of wine for a drink offering.
41 And the other lamb thou shalt offer at even, and shalt do thereto according to the meat offering of the morning, and according to the drink offering thereof, for a sweet savour, an offering made by fire unto the Lord.
42 This shall be a continual burnt offering throughout your generations at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation before the Lord: where I will meet you, to speak there unto thee.
43 And there I will meet with the children of Israel, and the tabernacle shall be sanctified by my glory.
44 And I will sanctify the tabernacle of the congregation, and the altar: I will sanctify also both Aaron and his sons, to minister to me in the priest’s office.
45 And I will dwell among the children of Israel, and will be their God.
46 And they shall know that I am the Lord their God, that brought them forth out of the land of Egypt, that I may dwell among them: I am the Lord their God.
Exodus 14 in Tamil and English
1 ಕರ್ತನು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಮೋಶೆಗೆ--
And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
2 ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಂಡು ಪೀಹಹೀರೋತಿಗೆ ಎದುರಾಗಿ ಮಿಗ್ದೋಲಿಗೂ ಸಮುದ್ರಕ್ಕೂ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾಳ್ಚೆಫೋನಿಗೆ ಎದುರಾಗಿ ಇಳುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕೆಂದು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಹೇಳು. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಎದುರಾಗಿ ನೀವು ಸಮುದ್ರದ ತೀರದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಳುಕೊಳ್ಳ ಬೇಕು.
Speak unto the children of Israel, that they turn and encamp before Pi-hahiroth, between Migdol and the sea, over against Baal-zephon: before it shall ye encamp by the sea.
3 ಫರೋಹನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ--ಅವರು ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿಕೊಂಡರು. ಅರಣ್ಯವು ಅವರನ್ನು ಒಳಗೆ ಮುಚ್ಚಿಬಿಟ್ಟಿತು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುವನು.
For Pharaoh will say of the children of Israel, They are entangled in the land, the wilderness hath shut them in.
4 ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಫರೋಹನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಹಿಂದಟ್ಟುವಂತೆ ನಾನು ಅವನ ಹೃದಯವನ್ನು ಕಠಿಣ ಮಾಡುವೆನು; ಫರೋಹನಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಅವನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸೈನ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಘನಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವೆನು; ಆಗ ನಾನೇ ಕರ್ತನೆಂದು ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರು ತಿಳಿಯುವರು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು. ಅವರು ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಮಾಡಿದರು.
And I will harden Pharaoh’s heart, that he shall follow after them; and I will be honoured upon Pharaoh, and upon all his host; that the Egyptians may know that I am the Lord. And they did so.
5 ಜನರು ಓಡಿಹೋದರೆಂದು ಐಗುಪ್ತದ ಅರಸನಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿತು; ಆಗ ಫರೋಹನ ಮತ್ತು ಅವನ ಸೇವಕರ ಹೃದಯವು ಜನರಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಂಡಿತು; ಅವರು--ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ಯರು ನಮ್ಮ ಸೇವೆಮಾಡುವದನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟುಹೋಗಿಬಿಡುವಂತೆ ನಾವು ಯಾಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದೆವು ಅಂದರು.
And it was told the king of Egypt that the people fled: and the heart of Pharaoh and of his servants was turned against the people, and they said, Why have we done this, that we have let Israel go from serving us?
6 ಆಗ ಅವನು ತನ್ನ ರಥವನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಮಾಡಿ ಕೊಂಡು ತನ್ನ ಜನರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹೊರಟನು.
And he made ready his chariot, and took his people with him:
7 ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಅವನು ಆರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡ ಆರು ನೂರು ರಥಗಳನ್ನೂ ಐಗುಪ್ತದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರಥಗಳನ್ನೂ ಅವುಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಅಧಿ ಪತಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋದನು.
And he took six hundred chosen chariots, and all the chariots of Egypt, and captains over every one of them.
8 ಐಗುಪ್ತದ ಅರಸನಾದ ಫರೋಹನ ಹೃದಯವನ್ನು ಕರ್ತನು ಕಠಿಣ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಅವನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಹಿಂದಟ್ಟಿದನು. ಆದರೆ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಧೈರ್ಯ ದಿಂದ ಹೊರಗೆ ಹೋದರು.
And the Lord hardened the heart of Pharaoh king of Egypt, and he pursued after the children of Israel: and the children of Israel went out with an high hand.
9 ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರು ಅವರನ್ನು ಹಿಂದಟ್ಟಿದ್ದರು; ಅವರು ಸಮುದ್ರ ತೀರದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಳು ಕೊಂಡಿರುವಾಗ ಫರೋಹನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕುದುರೆಗಳೂ ರಥಗಳೂ ಕುದುರೆ ಸವಾರರೂ ಅವನ ಸೈನ್ಯವೂ ಪೀಹಹೀರೋತಿನ ಸವಿಾಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾಳ್ಚೆಫೋನಿನ ಎದುರಾಗಿ ಸವಿಾಪಿಸಿದರು.
But the Egyptians pursued after them, all the horses and chariots of Pharaoh, and his horsemen, and his army, and overtook them encamping by the sea, beside Pi-hahiroth, before Baal-zephon.
10 ಫರೋಹನು ಸವಿಾಪಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುತ್ತಿರಲು ಇಗೋ, ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳನ್ನೆತ್ತಿ ಹಿಂದೆ ಬರುತ್ತಿರುವ ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರನ್ನು ಕಂಡು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಬಹಳವಾಗಿ ಭಯಪಟ್ಟು ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಮೊರೆಯಿ ಟ್ಟರು.
And when Pharaoh drew nigh, the children of Israel lifted up their eyes, and, behold, the Egyptians marched after them; and they were sore afraid: and the children of Israel cried out unto the Lord.
11 ಅವರು ಮೋಶೆಗೆ--ಐಗುಪ್ತದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮಾಧಿ ಗಳು ಇಲ್ಲದ ಕಾರಣ ನಾವು ಅರಣ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಯುವ ಹಾಗೆ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಕರಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದಿಯೋ? ಯಾಕೆ ನೀನು ಈ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನಮಗೆ ಮಾಡಿ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಐಗುಪ್ತ ದಿಂದ ಕರಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದಿ?
And they said unto Moses, Because there were no graves in Egypt, hast thou taken us away to die in the wilderness? wherefore hast thou dealt thus with us, to carry us forth out of Egypt?
12 ನಾವು ಐಗುಪ್ತದೇಶ ದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾಗಲೇ--ನೀನು ನಮ್ಮ ಗೊಡವೆಗೆ ಬರಬೇಡ; ನಾವು ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಸೇವೆಮಾಡುವೆವು. ನಾವು ಅರಣ್ಯ ದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಯುವದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಸೇವೆ ಮಾಡು ವದು ಒಳ್ಳೇದಾಗಿತ್ತಲ್ಲವೇ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
Is not this the word that we did tell thee in Egypt, saying, Let us alone, that we may serve the Egyptians? For it had been better for us to serve the Egyptians, than that we should die in the wilderness.
13 ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಮೋಶೆಯು ಜನರಿಗೆ--ನೀವು ಭಯಪಡ ಬೇಡಿರಿ; ಕದಲದೆ ನಿಲ್ಲಿರಿ; ಕರ್ತನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಈ ಹೊತ್ತು ತೋರಿಸುವ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯನ್ನು ನೋಡಿರಿ. ನೀವು ಈ ಹೊತ್ತು ನೋಡುವ ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರನ್ನು ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ಎಂದೆಂದಿಗೂ ನೋಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ.
And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which he will shew to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever.
14 ಕರ್ತನು ನಿಮ ಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಯುದ್ಧಮಾಡುವನು; ಆದರೆ ನೀವು ಸಮಾಧಾನವಾಗಿರ್ರಿ ಅಂದನು.
The Lord shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.
15 ಆಗ ಕರ್ತನು ಮೋಶೆಗೆ--ನೀನು ನನಗೆ ಯಾಕೆ ಮೊರೆಯಿಡುತ್ತೀ? ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಮುಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಬೇಕೆಂದು ಹೇಳು.
And the Lord said unto Moses, Wherefore criest thou unto me? speak unto the children of Israel, that they go forward:
16 ನೀನು ನಿನ್ನ ಕೋಲನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿ ಸಮುದ್ರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೈಚಾಚಿ ಅದನ್ನು ವಿಭಾಗಿಸು. ಆಗ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಸಮುದ್ರದ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಣಗಿದ ನೆಲದ ಮೇಲೆ ಹೋಗುವರು.
But lift thou up thy rod, and stretch out thine hand over the sea, and divide it: and the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea.
17 ಇಗೋ, ನಾನು ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರ ಹೃದಯವನ್ನು ಕಠಿಣಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ; ಅವರು ಇವರನ್ನು ಹಿಂದಟ್ಟುವರು. ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಫರೋಹನ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಅವನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸೈನ್ಯದ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಅವನ ರಥಗಳ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಕುದುರೆಯ ಸವಾರರ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಘನಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವೆನು.
And I, behold, I will harden the hearts of the Egyptians, and they shall follow them: and I will get me honour upon Pharaoh, and upon all his host, upon his chariots, and upon his horsemen.
18 ನಾನು ಫರೋ ಹನ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಅವನ ರಥಗಳ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಕುದುರೆಯ ಸವಾರರ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಘನಪಡಿಸಿ ಕೊಂಡಾಗ ನಾನೇ ಕರ್ತನೆಂದು ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರು ತಿಳಿದು ಕೊಳ್ಳುವರು ಅಂದನು.
And the Egyptians shall know that I am the Lord, when I have gotten me honour upon Pharaoh, upon his chariots, and upon his horsemen.
19 ಆಗ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ದಂಡಿನ ಮುಂದೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ದೇವದೂತನು ತನ್ನ ಸ್ಥಳವನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಅವರ ಹಿಂದೆ ಬಂದನು. ಅವರ ಮುಂದೆ ಇದ್ದ ಮೇಘಸ್ತಂಭವು ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಬಂದು ಅವರ ಹಿಂದೆ ನಿಂತುಕೊಂಡಿತು.
And the angel of God, which went before the camp of Israel, removed and went behind them; and the pillar of the cloud went from before their face, and stood behind them:
20 ಅದು ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರ ದಂಡಿಗೂ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ಯರ ದಂಡಿಗೂ ನಡುವೆ ಬಂದಿತು. ಅದು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮೇಘವೂ ಕತ್ತಲೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ಯರಿಗೆ ರಾತ್ರಿ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳಕು ಕೊಡುವಂಥದ್ದಾಗಿದ್ದದರಿಂದ ಆ ರಾತ್ರಿಯೆಲ್ಲಾ ಒಬ್ಬರ ಹತ್ತಿರ ಒಬ್ಬರು ಬರಲಿಲ್ಲ.
And it came between the camp of the Egyptians and the camp of Israel; and it was a cloud and darkness to them, but it gave light by night to these: so that the one came not near the other all the night.
21 ಆಗ ಮೋಶೆಯು ಸಮುದ್ರದ ಮೇಲೆ ತನ್ನ ಕೈಚಾಚಲಾಗಿ ಕರ್ತನು ರಾತ್ರಿಯೆಲ್ಲಾ ಬಲವಾದ ಮೂಡಣ ಗಾಳಿಯಿಂದ ಸಮುದ್ರವು ಹಿಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಸಮುದ್ರವನ್ನು ಒಣನೆಲವನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿದನು; ಆಗ ನೀರುಗಳು ವಿಭಾಗವಾದವು.
And Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the Lord caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea dry land, and the waters were divided.
22 ಹೀಗೆ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಸಮುದ್ರದ ಮಧ್ಯ ದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಣ ನೆಲದಲ್ಲೇ ಹೊರಟು ಹೋದರು. ನೀರು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಎಡಬಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಗೋಡೆಯಾಗಿತ್ತು.
And the children of Israel went into the midst of the sea upon the dry ground: and the waters were a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left.
23 ಐಗು ಪ್ತ್ಯರೂ ಫರೋಹನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕುದುರೆಗಳೂ ಅವನ ರಥಗಳೂ ಕುದುರೆಯ ಸವಾರರೂ ಅವರನ್ನು ಹಿಂದಟ್ಟಿ ಅವರ ಹಿಂದೆ ಸಮುದ್ರದ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಿದರು.
And the Egyptians pursued, and went in after them to the midst of the sea, even all Pharaoh’s horses, his chariots, and his horsemen.
24 ಬೆಳಗಿನ ಜಾವದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತನು ಅಗ್ನಿ ಮೇಘಗಳ ಸ್ತಂಭದೊಳಗಿಂದ ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರ ದಂಡಿನ ಕಡೆಗೆ ನೋಡಿ ಅದನ್ನು ತೊಂದರೆಪಡಿಸಿ
And it came to pass, that in the morning watch the Lord looked unto the host of the Egyptians through the pillar of fire and of the cloud, and troubled the host of the Egyptians,
25 ಅವರ ರಥಗಳ ಚಕ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಬಿಟ್ಟದ್ದರಿಂದ ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರು ಕಷ್ಟದಿಂದ ಹೋಗು ವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿದನು. ಆಗ--ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಎದುರಿ ನಿಂದ ಓಡಿಹೋಗೋಣ. ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಕರ್ತನು ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಅವರಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಯುದ್ಧ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಂಡರು.
And took off their chariot wheels, that they drave them heavily: so that the Egyptians said, Let us flee from the face of Israel; for the Lord fighteth for them against the Egyptians.
26 ಆಗ ಕರ್ತನು ಮೋಶೆಗೆ--ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಅವರ ರಥಗಳ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಕುದುರೆಯ ಸವಾರರ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ನೀರು ತಿರಿಗಿ ಬರುವಹಾಗೆ ಸಮುದ್ರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೈಚಾಚು ಅಂದನು.
And the Lord said unto Moses, Stretch out thine hand over the sea, that the waters may come again upon the Egyptians, upon their chariots, and upon their horsemen.
27 ಆಗ ಮೋಶೆಯು ಸಮುದ್ರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೈಚಾಚಲಾಗಿ ಸಮುದ್ರವು ಬೆಳಗಾಗುವಾಗಲೇ ತನ್ನ ಶಕ್ತಿಗೆ ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಂಡಿತು. ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರು ಅದಕ್ಕೆದುರಾಗಿ ಓಡಿಹೋದರು. ಕರ್ತನು ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರನ್ನು ಸಮುದ್ರದ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಹರಿಸಿದನು.
And Moses stretched forth his hand over the sea, and the sea returned to his strength when the morning appeared; and the Egyptians fled against it; and the Lord overthrew the Egyptians in the midst of the sea.
28 ನೀರು ತಿರಿಗಿ ಬಂದು ರಥಗಳೂ ಕುದುರೆಗಳೂ ಸವಾರರೂ ಅವರ ಹಿಂದೆ ಸಮುದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಫರೋಹನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸೈನ್ಯವೂ ಒಬ್ಬರೂ ಉಳಿಯದಂತೆ ಮುಚ್ಚಿಕೊಂಡಿತು.
And the waters returned, and covered the chariots, and the horsemen, and all the host of Pharaoh that came into the sea after them; there remained not so much as one of them.
29 ಆದರೆ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಸಮುದ್ರದ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಣ ಗಿದ ನೆಲದಮೇಲೆ ನಡೆದುಹೋದರು. ನೀರು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಎಡಬಲಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಗೋಡೆಯಾಗಿತ್ತು.
But the children of Israel walked upon dry land in the midst of the sea; and the waters were a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left.
30 ಆ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತನು ಈ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ಯ ರನ್ನು ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರ ಕೈಯಿಂದ ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿದನು. ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇ ಲ್ಯರು ಸಮುದ್ರತೀರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸತ್ತ ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ದರು.
Thus the Lord saved Israel that day out of the hand of the Egyptians; and Israel saw the Egyptians dead upon the sea shore.
31 ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರ ಮೇಲೆ ಕರ್ತನು ಮಾಡಿದ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ಯರು ನೋಡಿ ಕರ್ತ ನಿಗೆ ಭಯಪಟ್ಟು ಕರ್ತನಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಆತನ ಸೇವಕನಾದ ಮೋಶೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯಿಟ್ಟರು.
And Israel saw that great work which the Lord did upon the Egyptians: and the people feared the Lord, and believed the Lord, and his servant Moses.
