Esther 9:16
ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಅರಸನ ಪ್ರಾಂತ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಮಿಕ್ಕ ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರು ಕೂಡಿಕೊಂಡು ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಾಣಗಳಿ ಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಎದ್ದು ನಿಂತು ತಮ್ಮ ಶತ್ರುಗಳಿಂದ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿ ಕೊಂಡು ವಿಶ್ರಾಂತಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಹಗೆಯ ವರಲ್ಲಿ ಎಪ್ಪತ್ತೈದು ಸಾವಿರ ಮಂದಿಯನ್ನು ಕೊಂದರು; ಆದರೆ ಅವರು ಕೊಳ್ಳೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೈಹಾಕಲಿಲ್ಲ.
